[size=3]That's my version of your effect with some ocg errors I noticed. (Though I haven't done it in a long time so I may have made some mistakes) However, I feel as though instead of making it so you have to wait two turns you should make it so that you can't activate the second effect if you activate the first because even if you do have to wait two turns your still racking up monsters in your opponent's graveyard so your basically adding damage. [/size]

[size=3]That's my own edits to your effects but even with this I feel as though you should reduce your monster's atk to 2700 - 2800 and lower it's level by 1.[/size]

[font="'lucida sans unicode"][color="#b22222"]Well, the thing is, it has the two-turn wait to give you more opportunities to drop cards in the graveyard for a removal and burn. Also, his effect actually [i]hinders[/i] Neo-Flamvells at first, since their effects deal with a LACK of cards in your opponent's Graveyard.[/color][/font]

It is only deal 200 damage per monster, usually max number your opp have is 3-4. And your monster is already sent to the graveyard for this card Materials, so in its max 1000 damage MAXIMUM.

Banishing monster is good, but its only deal 100 damage? Why, hoping more burn damage.


So, i suggest the first burn is 400 each monster & 300 in Graveyard
