[/quote] It won't, because YGO doesn't nearly come up with enough cards fast enough to manage a Rotational Format. MTG comes up with 2 Packs to YGO's 1 and it has 3x the cards in it. [/quote] Raging Mad Plants is only used to OTK. Any card whose sole purpose is to FTK or OTK deserves to be banned. It's a card that could easily give a net ATK increase of 4500. Lonefire is very reusable and normal summing 2800 beat sticks doesn't seem good for the game. Librarian promotes overextending and exists just to create draw engines. Not sure how Dandy works with XYZ's but something tell me he could easily be moved to 0 on a good list. Formula in total gives 3 draws and just gets used for another synchro anyway don't see much problem with it. As for Spore, it's a free tuner for plants. Not everyone will view that as a problem, but some do. Glow-Up however is just a free tuner and free is never something you really want. Might I sugest adding Naturia Beast on the ground of how easily it looks out spells and Superancient Deepsea King Coelancanth for obvious reasons.
