Turn 1: I summon Witch of the Black Rose. Draw Birdman. End turn.
Turn 2: Opp Dark Holes Witch. Sets 2. Plays Machina Armored Unit. Summons Karakuri (the ninja girl) and attacks directly.
Turn 3: I summon Doom. I ask for a response to the summon (I always ask for response with my opponent has a set card). Opponent ragequits.

Praise the Gallis.

It's not on autopilot.

Glads, Magical Explosion OTK, Empty Jar, are non-auto pilot. So apparently there are 4 best decks. lolwut

In the current format, it's definitely one of the decks that require more skill.

A deck requiring skill doesn't make it the "best" deck. Plants are obviously the best deck this format, as they main deck a lot of hate and power plays.

A good deck takes no skill, so anyone can use it. A great deck takes an amount of skill that most players don't have. It doesn't have to be the literal best, but it's the best for separating the incompetents from the competents.

Piper takes a lot of skill that most players don't have, therefore its the best deck. The problem is that your standards for best allow multiple decks to be able to be considered the best, whereas the best deck of the format should be determined based on how well it plays against the rest of the meta, how many different power plays they can make, and how well it can deal with game states.
