Overflow Gauge is nice, and thinking about it, it's a great way to deal with all the Xyz that are going to be mass produced from now till the end of ZeXal.

Outclassed ruins some Xyz, if you have a Level 5 monster on the field, it basically gets rid of most of the Xyz

Card Destruction, Discard 2 Goldds and 2 Silvas, Play Overflow Gauge, Xyz for 2 Tiras, Use Overflow's effect to nuke the field (Except the 2 Tiras), Summon a 2800 Beater for game XD

Outclassed seems a tad busted considering that neither one of the monsters has to be on your side of the field. As a result, you can select that XYZ your opponent just summoned with a Tengu and that T.G. Hyper Librarian your opponent just made via the free Tengu and Glow-up Bulb or something. Unless, of course, that was your original intent with the card.
