Getting into anime later on I was more inclined to watch Naruto and Bleach before One Piece, which I see is quite a common action of most people. Naruto the first series I really enjoyed, and even Shippuden isn’t too bad, but still I was unsatisfied. Bleach I loved the Soul Society Arc, 13 potential new villains, Gotei 13, was a great source of enemies, however as the series progressed to Hueco Mundo, I found watching a guy almost die after every single battle got annoying and the latest Arc I found to be awful. So after watching the two and venturing through others such as Death Note and Full Metal Alchemist, I wound up watching One Piece, I was literally blown away. The Adventure, the villains, the protagonists, the ordeals, the conclusions, the humour, the abilities, it was GREAT! Luffy is the ideal main character, the show was even able to make the “Cool and Calm” Zoro both funny and inspiring.
