OMG, I reckon that's why I was cut with Admiral yesterda, i'd check the IC, he was looking at it, okay, come back 10 minutes later...still looking, check after another 10 minutes and not even looking...and no post...and in the end he just left after acknowledging my character was there...

Demonic children are regular humans who stop aging at a certain period of the life, usually as a child. It is then that the essence of their evolution and growth is retained in a special alternate dimension, where it molds into it's environment. Hal had his essence of growth implanted in the ocean-like part of this separate realm. It was formed into a bucket, and many dangerous tools based on water. He uses a summoning spell to bring them about near him. Most of his effects are the result of influence.

The water which Hal obtains in his Bucket is a specific liquid that is affected greatly by your reason, or influence. If you are doing things because you are in fear or are scared, the water will alter itself, causing a paralyzing effect. If you are in regret, or are doing things because you are lonely or are greedy, the water will be cold enough to turn into a cold substance that can freeze. If you are doing things our of anger or revenge, it will begin to boil, and can cause burns along with pain. In basics, Hal's feelings will change the liquid's properties. His influences are easy to tap into, and he can change them at will, unless he is too deep in it. He cannot be hurt by his own water, nor can it be controlled by outside forces.[/left][/left]

[u]Bucket:[/u] Dargos can bring about a bucket (about half his size) filled with a special water that alters on influence. The bucket will be full if it's given enough time to charge up. While the bucket is out, at most two of Dargos's tools can be summoned along with it. The bucket is really sturdy, but extremely heavy, and while stronger people can probably lift it, he can't. Therefore, he will usually return it afterwards. If it's broken, it will repair itself if given time. It's a normal white bucket with a white handle and an open top.

[left][left][u]Squirt Gun:[/u] While the bucket is out and Hal has free space, Dargos can easily bring about a Squirt Gun. It has a blue main tube, about as long as Hal's arm, in which the propulsion is controlled, and three orange removable cylinder tanks in which water is stored. To add water, he has to remove the tanks and just soak them in the bucket's water for a second to get them completely full. To change which tube he uses, he can simply rotate and click in place. The trigger, under the blue tube, is blue as well, and is a simple movement of a finger. A rapid shot with great influence can break through metals. A long stream with great influence can slice through metals.

[left][left][u]Water Balloons:[/u] Colorful water balloons about the size of Hal's palm, not made of plastic but with a solid shinsoo material. Throwing it hard enough will cause it to explode with great power. With enough influence, the throwback can disintegrate solid rock. However, if one can knock the water balloon away, it won't do much. Adding water is a simple dip in the bucket.

[left][left][u]Sponge:[/u] A blue sponge in the shape of a circle. It has a handle on one face of the sponge. In order to work, it must be dipped in the bucket. When taken out, the amount of influence will increase the size of the sponge, making it a suitable shield, as it absorbs attacks well. It can grow to 4 times Hal's size, with great influence.

[left][left][u]Frisbee:[/u] An orange frisbee, about the size of two of Hal's palms. It can absorb water, and when thrown, it releases the water in a disc-like shape, with razor-like properties. The disc-shape can be bigger with more influence. However, the frisbee, like the water balloon, is a one-use-disappear technique. He can always re-summon the frisbee, but it'll be in a weaker bucket.

[u]Duckie:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber duckie into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber duckie that can shoot out forceful shots of water and squish people. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by regret.

[left][left][u]Hippo:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber hippo into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber hippo. It can cause small tremors and its chomp can crush bones. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by anger or rage.

[left][left][u]Swan:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber swan into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber swan. It's feathers can ease worries, but its shine will cause mental pains. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by love.

[u]Seagull:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber seagull into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber seagull. Its peck can drill holes in stone and flaps of its wings can cause great gusts. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by revenge.

[left][left][u]Snake:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber snake into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber snake. A hiss from this fiend causes great turmoil and its glare can freeze things in place. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by fear.[/left][/left]

[u]Fishy:[/u] Hal can dip a rubber fish into his Bucket, and it will expand into a giant rubber fish. A whack of it's fin can cause rapid water to crash down, and its headbutts can demolish rocks. It can only be brought about if Hal is driven by greed (loneliness).

If Hal is driven to insanity by an event to incomprehensible which will probably never happen, but I'll mention it anyway, the great Hydra will sprout from his own body and take him over, dooming his soul to an eternity trapped in the Hydra's icy heart. Just the presence of the Hydra instills great storms and giant floods, and his great watery roars will annihilate buildings with ease. It is unstable in the world in which we exist, so it will implode upon itself, returning to the stars above, along with the unfortunate soul which it took. The damage it did will remain, though. This is not an extent of Hal's power, rather a side effect of the usage of the power. It has never happened and never will, just thought you would like to know.

[left][left][b]Appearance(Picture or 4+ written lines): [/b]Hal may have lived for 32 years, but retains the appearance of an 11 year old. He has short brown hair, and icy blue eyes that usually remind people of the moon. He is very pale, and his face retains childish features, and his body is similar to a person of his age as well. He has a slim physique, measuring 4'11 in height and weighing 81 pounds. He is wearing a plain white polo shirt with khaki shorts (the ones with the pockets) and is wearing brown sandals. He has a digital watch on his right arm, and a necklace with a cross. His right middle finger has a ring on it, with a small amethyst crystal on it.

[left][left][b]Personality: [/b]Hal is extremely childish, as his outlook expresses. He retains childish impulses and desires (even though 11-year-olds don't act as childish) and can be a bit mischievous at times. He is extremely oblivious to reason - when he wants to do something and he can't, he will complain, even if it's for his own safety. His emotions can be easily tampered, making him angry or sad or happy. He just does what he wants most of the time, neither opposed to fighting nor craving it.[/left][/left]

[left][left][b]Bio: [/b]Hal was born under a middle-class family around 30 years ago. When he reached the age of 15, his parents realized there was something wrong with him and reported to the doctor. At the time he would be picked on constantly, as his peers would be bigger than him. He also knew water acted strangely around him, whenever he wanted to hurt someone for their cruelty to him, pipes would begin acting strange and water would start running for no particular reason. At the age of 18, still retaining his childish form, Hal fled his house, knowing that he couldn't continue a normal life. It was in his mix of emotions that his removed self came, in the form of a small bucket, to tell him of his condition. It was then the bucket took Hal to train in the new realm. Hal grew adapted to his body easily, but the lack of shinsoo left him less resistant to it. He was able to move with high speed and efficiency, and hit hard with the movement of his body in the correct form. As he left the realm to go back to his home, he had heard of this tournament by word of mouth. He went to go check it out.[/left][/left]
