is it to late to join? if not heres my app.

 

[spoiler=App]Name of Trainer: Roy

 

Age & Gender:16 M

 

Appearance: Red hair, gold eyes, leather jacket and gloves, blue jeans and black shoes. on the jacket theres a cross on the sleeves. his jacket is always buckled up. he carries Scizor's pokeball on a necklace that he keeps around his neck.

 

Personality: Roy has over protection issues with Scizor he doesn't want Scizor to get hurt or even worse. He's friendly to everyone, respectful of others and loves all Pokemon.

 

Hometown & Region: Pewter City Kanto

 

1st Pokemon:

Scizor lvl:8

Focus Energy, Bullet Punch

 

History (optional): Roy was the first in his town to get a partner out of all of his friends. He got the Scyther from his mom so that when he did start his journey it wouldn't be with an all brand new Pokemon but with one that he was friendly with already. 5 years ago Scyther evolved into a Scizor. Scizor has been his friend for ten years never leaving each others side. He didn't want to see his friend get hurt so Roy never trained or went on long journeys with Scizor. Until one day when a wild Machop came into town and started thrashing everything Scizor lept onto the screen and quickly took down the wild Machop, that's when Roy decided it was time to leave town on his Journey with Scizor.

As far s the two of you go, your posts are fine. I would just like to remind you that whenever trainers in this RP meet, they have a lapse in memory about the dream's details. You two should definately include that in your posts. Hunderas, if you have questions feel free to ask.

As for track & Abrax, If its ok with you, Can yo have squirtle get hit and have his ability activate. Then I'll use False swipe, but it won't do anything because "I" don't know its ability. . Then you beat scyther.

Wonderful. That being said, I have an announcement to make. Deept will be making the post tonight and so will I. The plot of our RP will begin to shine, so now is the best time if any to train and strengthen up your Pokemon. Not to reveal anything too serious, but... ALL of us will be saving some . Pather Legendary Pokemon... and as a result Pokemon WILL change .

 

The FABLED Failure Arc Begins as soon as Deept posts.

 

A piece of advice train your pokemon now. If you want them to stand a chance...train hard.

EDIT: Speaking of updates, as for gym battles when your ready, let a leader know. We'll battle you. Fair warning, Unless you've trained EXTENSIVELY YOU WILL LOSE THE FIRST GYM BATTLE. This is going in the updates section.

Gina stood before Falkner, Lucifer and Latias out, poised to battle. "We fight with Pokemon in unison. And only them. Whoever loses both, is done." Falkner had posed Gina a challenge. Use only Flying Types to defeat him, and she would earn a ribbon. The battle took to the air. Well, the Pokemon. They whizzed by each other. Lucifer attempted to hold a Psychic field up as the Pokemon fluttered, and nearly took out the Pidgey. Latias fell to the ground after a nice shot from the Pidgeotto. She cursed, and returned the Pokemon. Lucifer held his own, fluttering in a strut motion, easily avoiding the bird's attempts to knock him down(Look at the first Ballad from "Why should I worry?").

 

Lucifer hit the Pidgey in the head with his wing, and that bird fainted. It was weakened anyway. Pidgeotto blinded Lucifer with a cheap shot, and he sent repeated Confusions in the air. They ricocheted across the room. Two hit Lucifer, one hit Pidgeotto. Lucifer got mad. He fired a super-charged Confusion. It shocked down the Pidgeotto, and it fell. Falkner was still shocked how that Butterfree defeated two birds. The badge, and the ribbon, was hers. Lucifer had the Ribbon set on his head. The badge in Gina's case.

 

The rules say that you must wait for a leader before you begin you're Gym battle. The leaders will take the place of the Gym Leaders for the duration of the battle. Now, I personally hate going backwards, so we'll allow this, (against WHAM's wishes I might add :]), but for future reference please, when you a ready for a GYM battle let a leader know. This goes for everyone, I can't stress this enough.

 

 

Onto the important business, people we need post, and we need them now. Don't be shy, jump right in the thread, get your subplots going, etc. The main plot is starting so we need everyone to be involved because everyone is part of this arc. But that doesn't mean that you should forget about the very basis of pokemon; continue to train and battle and get badges. We've all started our pokemon journey, but it seems that very few have started to do what's actually suppose to be done, what with the training and battling and everything.

 

Also, as you may have seen in my last post(if not, go take a look, its pretty exciting), a new concept is being introduce, known as Move Evolution. I've pretty much explained the basis for that, but the entire idea will be added to the first page, and of course I'll go into more detail as the RP progresses. What is important to note is this:

 

You can ONLY undergo move evolution if you've fulfilled the following criteria:

 

1)You've COMPLETELY and TOTALLY mastered the move that you're evolving.

2)You've done the move a RIDICULOUS amount of times

3)You've run out of PP for that move(yes, you must've used all the PP for that move)

4)You are in the middle of a battle

 

Fufill those criteria, and you're eligible for Move Evolution. Keep in mind, an evolved move can ONLY be learned through naturally evolution. You can't wish for it, or TM it, or genetically engineer your pokemon, etc. Not possible. Also keep in mind, the stronger the move is normally, the harder and longer it takes to evolve, if it does at all. That being said, some moves obviously don't evolve, and some already have natural evolutions.

 

EX:

Scratch-Slash-Cut

Ember-Flame Thrower

Wrap-Bind

Water Gun-Hydro Pump

 

The list goes on and on. Some move, I repeat, can't evolve, including but not limited to: HM moves (I'm using the idea of HMs from Gen I-IV because in Gen V everything is treated as an HM), Moves that have already evolved through Move Evolution(NOT natural evolution), meaning Flamethrower can still evolve, but not ShatterStorm, any pokemon exclusive moves or group exclusive moves, i.e. Giga Impact(group exclusive), Blast Burn (group exclusive), Aeroblast (pokemon exculsive), Judgement (pokemon exclusive). Other than that, Move Evolution is pretty much available for a wide range of moves.

 

The steps to evolving a move are:

 

1) Use a move lots and lots of times and show mastery of it in the IC

2) LET A LEADER KNOW!!!!!! Seriously, PM a leader telling what move you want to Evolve. Include a name (if we don't already have one), DMG, Accuracy, and any effects. A description wouldn't hurt. After the Leader approves it, you're welcome to evolve you're move, as long as you fit the criteria. Or, if your asking about a move evolution in advanced, you're welcome to do so, and evolve the move when you're next able to.

 

ON a final note, keep in mind that Move Evolution is a desperation process. You should be on you're last legs, and that Move Evolution should be a game changer. But that's all for now. I'll personally be making a list of move's that have undergone Move Evolution, and editing it as more occur. Also, if you have idea, please share. We're always welcome to those.

After ten Rattata fell down the rest ran off following the first few. "Alright good job you two." Chimchar ran over to Roy's shoulders and sat there. Scizor walked up as if it was a test run. "Alright now to find a Pokemon that fits into our little group." a pride of Shinx stood out in the distance. "Whats that Pokemon?" Roy held up his pokedex to find out what it was. a mechanical voice came out of the speaker saying "Shinx, the Flash Pokémon. When it senses danger, the hairs on its body light up and it runs away, leaving its opponent dazed." "A Shinx well Sciz are you up to it?" Roy asked his pumped up Scizor. "Alright we need to separate one of them so we don't get caught up in a unfair fight got it." Scizor took off towards the center of the pack Roy followed. all of the Shinx took off in separate direction's except for one that stood to protect his comrades. "alright Sciz, Bullet Punch" Scizor claw started to glow and it barely missed the evasive Shinx. The Shinx came back with a tackle hitting Scizor "Sciz are you alright?" Scizor took the hit like it barely touched him then returned with a Bullet Punch that looked as if it barely did any damage. "Were not getting anywhere at this rate. Chimchar go in there and switch places with Sciz." Chimchar agreed and jumped into the brawl using scratch against the Shinx. After trading blows for a few minutes Shinx fell over onto its side. "Alright now is my chance Roy expanded a pokeball and threw it towards Shinx. It shook once, twice, thrice, then it stopped shaking and went still. "Alright, a Shinx now what should I name you, I need a name for Chimchar too." putting the Shinx onto his belt Roy walked towards Viridian City.

 

Upon entering Viridian City the first thing Roy did was go into the Pokemon Center. "Hey Nurse Joy. Can you take a look at my Pokemon?"

"Of course I can." Roy put the Shinx pokeball onto a cart. "Alright you two, back you go." Expanding Scizor's pokeball that was around his neck and grabbing Chimchar's pokeball that was on his belt. Roy set the two pokeballs onto the cart. A Chansey came by and pushed the cart into the back room.

 

After a half hour the Chansey returned with Nurse Joy and the cart "Here are you're Pokemon, Roy and there all healthy."

"Thanks Nurse Joy." Roy walked out of the Pokemon Center "Alright Sciz come on out." expanding Scizor's pokeball. Sciz stood up and stretched. "Alright we need to train some more if were going to stand a chance against Brock." Walking onto Route 2.

 

Shinx? Really? In orer to do that you need the Sinnoh Sound Device, which you don't currently have. However, I don't wish for you to rewrite your post all over again, so replace it with another Pokemon please. One more likely to be in the area or a Pikachu. End.

 

Harro noticed that the road he was walking on was completely deserted "I'm I on the right road?" he said puzzled as he looks at the map."Grrrr I toke a wrong turn,I'll never get to Pallet Town at this rate."he grunted as he looked at Zorua who was walking behind him. He turned around and started to walk back the way he came from.It's getting late we should make camp he says laying against a tree.He sets up a tent and makes a a fire.They both fall asleep for the night.

This doesn't meet the requirements for the minimum post. It should be 4 full lines.

Track smiled as he saw Scyther trying to finish off Squirtle using false swipe. When it was over and Scyther went back to Abrax Track laughed as Abrax only just realised Squirtles ability. "Oh yeah. That's how I roll. Now Squirtle finish this off nice and clean. Use water gun." Track knew that after that Scyther would be too exhausted to even dodge the attack. Track just watched as the attack headed straight for Scyther.

 

There are 3 lines here.

And I just said something about shortposting.

DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN. AT ALL.

Even in battle.

No exceptions ever.

I'll have to start issuing warns and bans if this continues to a problem.

And that just fucks everyone over.
