It changed everything. For the better, or for the worse? You decide... Colby had returned from a 'trip' in the city, fighting, then curing a rampaging E.V.O. on the loose. He had done this numerous times in the past, fighting E.V.O.s, curing E.V.O.s and stuff. But it was only until now where he got a hint of his past. He entered Providence's secret Base HQ, to be greeted by Professor Elina Priest, who too, works for Providence. "Well Colby, I'm very-" Priest was about to compliment Colby, when Colby simply interrupted. "Its OK, all in a day's work," with that, he walked away to his barracks, where only he stayed. It looked too classy for a barrack, yet it was too shabby to be called a room. I call it, so-so. He lay on his bed, and tried to close his eyes, attempting to get some shut-eye. Just then, the alarm in his room sounded. Suddenly, a holographic screen appeared before him. It depicted a silhoutte of a man. Since it was a silhoutte, nothing much can be said about it. "Oh Colby, that's great! You have to hear this!" the silhoutte spoke. "Yes, sir?" Colby looked so serious now. He knew this wasn't good. "The E.V.O. outlaws hiding in the other dimension are starting to return to ours, few by few, as reports say. We don't know which ones, but we do know that they are highly dangerous and rebellious, and it would take a hard time curing them. The last one spotted is about to terrorize the Sydney Opera House." "Looks far... but I'll get there on time." "Good... by the way it isn't- OK. Goodbye..." the leader went on to tell one of the other 9. OoC; Anyone wanna tag along with Colby to kick arse? And any villian mind striking? Colby had already taken off, with turbo-powered turbine-like wings on his back for flight. It was only a matter of minutes before he reached his destination, since he was in the same continent all this while. With that, he generated a sharp-looking photon-blasting structure from his arm, ready to strike the foe. "I see, you're afraid? Come out come out wherever you are, E.V.O...." Colby readied a scouter on his eye, and generated small wheels beneath his unmatching shoes....
Asriel Dreemurr
OOC: Well, as the only villain for the moment I might as well make my post. While the E.V.O. that had been wreaking havoc in the Opera house did not show itself, there were traces of it everywhere. Small splattered patterns of a curiously vibrant orange liquid seemed to be everywhere and inside there were hundreds of bodies of the dead and dying laying about, many of them slowly liquifying in a manner not unlike a highly concentrated hemotoxin. Others were torn completely apart by strange blades and none of the wounds seemed exactly the same though this might have been due to the varying degrees of exposure to the curiously corrosive orange substance. Oddly enough the liquid seemed to be only effecting the organic substances in the room for now and more specifically the non-skeletal components of the bodies of those it contacted. The "scouter" which the providence agent was utilizing should be able to read that the orange liquid was about half human bodily fluids and half highly unstable nanites. Due to the use of the aforementioned scouter, Cody might also be able to see through the concrete walls and into a nearby mens restroom where there was a much higher concentration of the same sort of nanites. Perhaps he would have the nerve to take a look inside, and perhaps he would not.
Jolta
Colby looked around the area, orange liquid spluttered all over. His scouter identified it as 'nanite-infected human fluid', which was the sign of an E.V.O. nearby. He entered the Opera House itself, looking at all those dead bodies. "The E.V.O. must be dangerous, I need backup..." Colby pondered. He used his scouter to identify the possible cause of death. "Nanites, the E.V.O.'s highly toxic, likely, melting these people in a gory mess." Next, he generated what appeared to be a blue-coloured metal detector on his other hand. He swayed it around, but nanites were everywhere. As he approached the men's washroom, the metaldetector-like appendage started beeping really loudly. "Here goes, he's here..." Before he kicked open the door with sheer force, Colby generated an odd, futuristic gun in his hands. It was seen to be releasing an odd, chilly feeling. When Colby did kick open the door, he wailed 'FREEZE!' before firing liquid nitrogen in numerous direction, potentially freezing anything upon contact... Raven des blutroten Mondes
Walks through the street wearing a black hoody with the hood on. "Where is he?" she says to herself "where is Colby, god dang it." She said running down the street, she rounded a corner caching her foot on a crack tripping landing on the ground. She sits up as a stranger sticks his hand out "want some help?" he says."No thanks sir, I got it." she says as she gets up and runs off.
Asriel Dreemurr
OOC: Raven, you need to keep up the minimum post length of four lines. As soon as the spray of liquid nitrogen passed over the doors of the central stall in the washroom, a stream of granite-colored liquid, with several streams of the orange fluid from earlier flowing along it, broke through the now frozen and brittle door and shot out at an angle which would hopefully take it along behind Cody. As it neared him, several razor sharp and solid extensions emerged across the whole of it's length at random intervals, though only on the side facing Cody. These "blades" stretched out far enough that if the young providence agent were unable to avoid them he would find himself bearing a great number of severe lacerations along whatever part of him wound up facing the stream. Regardless of the outcome here, unless the stream was totally stopped, it would continue hurtling along past Cody and out into the opera house likely to disappear again. Jolta
"I knew I needed backup," Colby sighed his whole body started to be encased in an odd, golden metallic armoring. "Hey E.V.O., masterpiece, but too bad I'll have to wreck it," with that, he morphed his coated arm into a sword-like structure, sharp enough to potentially slice these 'blades', along with avoiding them. The arm which he had morphed into an ice-gun of sorts aimed liquid nitrogen at the orange, nanite-infected liquid, freezing it with ease. "Now prepare yourself, unseen E.V.O. ..." Colby said as his sword-like arm went through an odd transformation, turning into a chainsaw of sorts. He then readied turbine-like wings, ready to fly... Asriel Dreemurr
The stream of granite liquid, along which the orange liquid was flowing, split apart into two streams on either side of the liquid nitrogen spray. Due to this, the worst of the strike was avoided, though the blades which had earlier formed broke off and returned to a liquid state, splattering onto the arm that had struck them. If Cody bothered to check his readout, the stream itself WAS the E.V.O. and it had now rushed into the concert hall of the opera house. The stream splattered down into a large pool on the stage, before coalescing into a human shape. This new human form did not stand up straight, rather hunched over with it's face to the ground. Its skin proved to have been formed by the granite-colored liquid, and from every pore the same orange liquid was seeping out, collecting in a puddle about it's feet and then flowing up through the air only to return to the being through four holes in its back. This being seemed to have once been a human male, though it's face was not visible due to the mess of snow white hair hanging down like a mask, however a pair of long ears pointing back from it's head(like a Night Elf's)were visible. For now it didn't do anything, simply standing there as if it were waiting for something.
