It teaches you how not to be stupid and therefore no more insults are thrown at you.No, it gives a '-' mark next to your reputation box. Most members will avoid people with a negative reputation because they did something to deserve said reputation. This makes them think about what they've done wrong OR they leave from not getting the attention they wanted. If it's the first, then they'll start to try and improve their act.
