Since Malefics are easy to rate, I'm not going to write long paragraphs like I usually do.

Malefic Dark Magician is garbage.
Malefic Neos is broken. Mainly because it's so damn to search with its "Elemental HERO" part, and - (oh, I just realized you forgot to capitalize HERO) it can easily OTK. Make it Chimeratech Overdragon-ish; the extra attacks are only on monsters.
Malefic RDA...You know...Why did you even bother to give this such a crappy effect when Cyber End exists...?
Malefic Kaito can be useful in Main Deck Malefics, but personally, I believe Extra Deck Malefics are far superior, and this wouldn't change it either.
