I'm going with Charizard. It can learn Flying moves which'll be super effective to the fighting types known as Blaziken, Infernape and Emboar, plus Dragon moves which'll turn the tide against Typhosion.

1. Typhlosion is the fastest and has really high sp. atk with great movepool
2. Charizard because it learns lots of cool moves and is a hard hitter
3. Infernape is fast and strong enough to take out all its threats and be a general hinderance.
4. Blaziken is fast but not fast enough, great, besides generally being really weak in def/sp. def
5. Emboar is slow and will usually be K0'd by turn 2.

It irks me that, in the poll, the starters aren't listed in generation-order. You go from I to III to II to IV to V. I don't know if that was by accident of if you were trying to list them in [i]your[/i] most-favorite to least-favorite order, but it's annoying as hell.

Blaziken has Fire- and Fighting-type STAB coupled with amazing offensive stats and Speed Boost (as a DW Ability) to make up for a lackluster speed. Blaziken is easily the best fully-evolved Fire-type starter known to man.

Charizard has the ideal of being Fire Flying. If he didn't look like a dragon, he would be lame. Just like Typhlosion, the only one who is pure fire. Emboar is god awful but has some crazy damage. Infernape was just a no imo. I liked Blaziken for his versatility. Blaziken has my vote.
