Kozaki, a man whose destiny is to save the world. Being the Field Leader, he is very experienced in battle. He entered the building with his friends who are his co-workers. He walked by the hall with his friends and met an unknown man. He gave each of them a paper. He said that, "Please place your signature below. This paper shows that once you joined our department, you'll never back out and become responsible men. All of them wrote their signatures below the paper and proceed the hall. After a few hours, they got tired and slept in their assigned rooms. Kozaki was sleeping at his assigned room and entered in a dream where he enters a room where there is a man standing alone. The stranger talked, Hello, Kozaki, My name is Igor. We are in a room called the Velvet Room, Let's wait for the others and I'll explain to you everything. Kozaki is a little confused but he understood what Igor said. Kozaki having no idea how did he get here concluded that this is just a dream but he waited what this "Igor" guy wants to say so he waited for the others.

Xiva Vulzah grew more and more tired of this war as it began to progress, strongly disliking the essence that it could go on for weeks, perhaps months or even years, without the slightest sign of any let-up. However, she had to press on and continue to prepare in case it got any worse, as her survivability was on the line, as was that of civilization across the world. A few more hours of target practise and military training: nothing Xiva couldn't handle. She had also been trained in the use of the Evoker, but for a long time she never needed it, as she had grown so mentally powerful that her Persona could easily be summoned without it.

But now Xiva had a new mission, rendezvous with Kozaki inside the hotel. Xiva headed inside, bringing her most trusted weapon in the assault rifle with her in case she were to be attacked on the way. Although this would probably frighten the civilians, she would much rather focus on keeping alive, and although her Persona would likely easily handle the attackers, she'd like to be able to kill them herself. She managed to get past the security easily enough, and headed inside the room where Kozaki was.

"I assume I'm not too late?" Xiva asked coldly, sounding as if she were speaking in a Russian accent. Whether she actually had any Russian in her however was unknown. Perhaps it was just the way her autism affected her dialogue.

Riki opened his eyes, he immediately realised that this wasn't his bed, no, he was in a strange, blue room where a hunchback and his new 'leader', Kozaki, stood, almost as if they were waiting for him. "Where the hell am I?" Riki shouted aloud, before walking up to the hunchback and growling, "I was talking to you! Freak! Where the hell am I?!" these fits of anger weren't uncommon for the young man, infact, he expected his 'teammates' were already used to it, despite the short time they actually spent together. Riki was unaware of Xiva's arrival, his focus on the long-nosed hunchback before him.

Kozaki explained to the both of them and said, "Guys, meet Igor. This guy said he owns the place. Its called the Velvet room by the way. We must wait for the others before this guy says something about what the heck is happening..." Igor told Kozaki, "You are indeed, right. To you two, I heartly welcome you to the Velvet Room. Let us wait for the others so that everyone of you can hear this important explanation. Then a door appeared right next to Igor. Then a woman came out from the door, and she said, "Oh! We have visitors! My name is Margaret. I am Igor's assistant. It is pleased to meet you all!!"

"It's been a while since I signed something..." Fuushi commented while lulling himself to sleep. Where am I...Fuushi stared into the four walls that show abyss. Looking around, he decided to pace around trying to figure out what his dream was trying to show. After pacing for almost 2 minutes, he noticed 3 of his co-workers, a long-nosed man, and a gorgeous woman in an attendants uniform. "H..Hey!" He started running when the faint image of his former foster parents appeared for a split second, accompanied with a hard pulse in his forehead. Nngh... Staggering for a bit, he tried to push himself into the direction of the small group. "What did I miss?"

"So this is it then?" A silhouette of a person pressed against one of the out of sight walls of the room started to shift, it's being coming into consciousness as it recognized the room and it's inhabitants presence. "The plain between Consciousness. The Legendary Velvet room, present in only minor myth and legend. Hmmm... I was expecting something a bit more impressive I guess. Maybe something more ornate." As he looked around at the Simple decor, the titular blue velvet, and the host and party, Argent could do nothing but wonder what feats could possibly await. Such a strange set of occurrences that simply signing a single document seems to have caused, but at the very least at least he wasn't alone in his ordeals.
