おジャマ・キング
I think this overruled AoC, so here it is. Warped Synchros are Summoned by sending 1 Xyz Tuner Monster and 1 or more Non-Tuner Xyz Monster whose ranks equal the Warped Synchro's rank. Any attached Xyz Materials are detached. Here's a Warped Synchro and a Xyz Tuner. |Warehouse Bot|X|XXXX|Machine/Xyz/Tuner/Effect|Light|2||500|1500|2 Level 2 monsters You can Warped Synchro Summon during your opponent's Main Phase using this card as a Warped Synchro Material Monster. When this card is used for a Warped Synchro Summon, draw 1 card.| |Ultimate Number 39: Utopia|X|XXXX|Warrior/Warped Synchro/Effect|Light|6||3300|2500|1 Xyz Tuner Monster + "Number 39: Utopia" You can activate any of these effects once per turn each. ● Reveal the top 5 cards of your Deck. Shuffle them back in, and this card's maximum number of attacks this turn is equal to the number of Level 4 monsters revealed. ● Negate the activation of an effect that would destroy a card(s) on the field, and attach the card to a Xyz monster you control as a Xyz Material Monster. ●When any player's monster declares an attack: You can banish the attacking card and this card, and Special Summon them to their owner's side of the field during the End Phase| Link to comment
Doom Chaos
Cool cards good job but Ultimate Number 39: Utopia has basically the same effect as Shooting Star Dragon. Link to comment

Time Psyduck
I expected this, in some form or another, so let's see: What's the x|xxxx in the card for? It doesn't seem to mean anything. The Xyz tuner is nice, but doesn't really need to be able to synchro in your opponent's turn. It would be more useful if it did something with it's materials, because at the moment it pretty much wastes them. As for the warped synchro: The first effect seems like it could be more easily abused than shooting star's, because level 4's in a dedicated deck would probably be even more abundant. The second effect is a nice twist on shooting star's but probably less useful, since you'd need an Xyz monster to use it with. The third effect is quite nice in that it works on your own attacks as well. Helps get around being forced to attack, and makes a mess of opponent's monsters that can't be special summoned back. Overall they look nice, but it might help to create some that aren't based on existing monsters. Link to comment

Anyways, very creative and original, not sure how useful these could be though, but ehh. Also, 'Warped Synchro Summon' sounds really weird... Link to comment
