Sounds overpowered.

Have any come out in America yet?

Three of them so far (I bought the deck...no to impressed). However, I may be getting my hands on some newer ones this Saturday. The local card shop that hosts tournaments is having a sneak peek...and I'm SOOOO going to be there.

Simply they made the OCG simple to understand than a mishmash. I think here's an example:

OLD OCG of Chaos Sorcerer:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can select 1 face-up monster on the field and remove it from play. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

NEW OCG of Chaos Sorcerer:

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set; Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn; you can select 1 face-up monster on the field and banish it. If you activate this card's effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

This is my attempt at it, but there are several changes. Because of the Xyzs coming. Check the Yugioh wiki for details.

Found an error in your change, only that Chaos Sorc is a Semi Nomi, which say "Must first be Special Summoned by", making it easier to understand that you can use cards like monster Reborn on it so long as it was first Summoned by the proper effect.

Remember kids, save OCG corrections for the pros. Oh, priority doesn't exist in OCG.

Basically they are cards proclaimed to be from some black hole in space. They are in the Extra Deck and they do not have levels, but ranks. To summon them requires having 2 or more more monsters with the same level to "attach" to the Xyz. For example, Utopia, shown above, needs 2 Level 4 Monsters. If you have Red or Green Gadget, you can Special Summon it from the Extra Deck without any Spell or Trap like Synchros. The "attachments" go under the card and the Xyz monster can gain effects by "detaching" an attached card to the Graveyard.
