for 3 and 4 (on 4, I removed Piercing damage effect, added a Special Summon effect) there effects were supposed to be similar, but i will fix it. I agree with you on lvl 6 but i wanted Synchros only and i couldnt think of a different way to do it.(two tuners instead of 1 now) Lvl 8 would be OP'd if i added more, 2800 ATK and it can only be destroyed by battle. i think it might be OP anyway (but i added a effect and made it 2 tuners instead of 1).

Commenting:

[b]Umadridgiuos[/b] is an overly easy source of constant discard. Reveal-Place Counter-Discard. Repeat. And then once you've got your opponent down to zero (or they've used up their hand), you get to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower from your Deck.

[b]Unisaz-Shef[/b] too, is a too-easy source of discard. Since it triggers whenever [i]any[/i] Aqua-Type monster is Summoned, you can Summon this, then flood the field with low-Level fodder and empty your opponent's hand without cost, before Synching or Exceeding the fodder away.

[b]Pars-Shieva[/b] is a once per turn discard. Again, overpowered for a Level 6 Synchro that isn't hard to Summon.

[b]Aqua Colossos[/b] is a "Daedalus"-style, but free, field and hand nuke. Then, of course, it too is a continuous discarder, with no cost, and the chance to get a +1 every turn. Level 7s are not hard to Summon!

[b]Aqua Demon[/b] is the same. A costless field nuke. It's overpowered.

[b]Aqua Mage[/b]...well what can I say? Endless, costless from-the-Deck summoning of Tuners. And it has 1900 ATK to boot [i]and[/i] 1800 DEF.

As for the rest, a huge number are overpowered because they either have no drawbacks, or no costs or are just abuse of the modern game.
