Title: Dark Assassin
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Personality: Kazuya usually seems cold towards other mpreferring to do whatever he does in a way which he decides, having a great dislike of large areas covered in lioght and will only move into such if needed. Whilst in shadows and darkness Kazuya seems more relaxed then when in light, seeming much more cold even towards his own people when forced into light areas due to his dislike of such light, relaxiong again whenever he moves out of the light.
Quirks/Habits: Kazuya often stays in shadows/darkness whilst moving
When ligts are turned on him Kazuya subconsciously hisses, unaware that he does this.. (lol & before you ask no im not trying to make some sort of vamp guy rofl)

Biography

History: Kazuya had grown in the darkness his parents having been hiding from the UNU for a couple of years before he was born and for 12 years aftger that before being discovered hiding Kazuya and giving themselves up they were killed by the UNU soldiers Kazuya's parents having had part in a failed attempt to destroy a UNU building. Kazuya had then had to look aftyer himself stealing food where he could and continuing to live in the shadows until he was 20 at which time he began to fight stealing a gun with a complex reloading mechaniosm to fire Card-shaped pieces of metal which he used to kill any UNU soldiers who had found him even managing to at the age of 25 by which time he had also aquired a Motorcycle and another weapon which he called the 'revolvers blade' he attacked a UNU building killing an amount of UNU soldiers from within the shadows taking out lights before moving in to a room and then rtushing through managing to escape with a large amount of money spending some on food, some on the manufacturing of a car and placing the rest inside his hiding spot having been able to find the abandoned warehouse he used for this deark enough for his liking after cutting all the power. Once the car was fini9shed he id it insidfe this building like his motorcycle and himself along with his two weapons mounting attacks on UNU soldiers that patrolled nearby if he thought he could make it out without any major damage.
Bounty for Head: $69,000,000 (roughly 30 x what he had stolen + some added for murder of various UNU squads that patrolled nearby)

Car has a large number of small holes on the bottom which by firing bursts of wiond pressure which it pulls in from infront of it can 'fly' able to make it roughly tothe height of a 2 story building and keep the height perfectly level (Kazuya prefers to travel on the much less used ground)

Weapon Abilities:
Large Ammo Reserves: Has two reserves of ammo inside which automatically reload the twin revolvrs after each shot
Heated Blade: If by firing too much the user overheats the twin revolvers the gun will take the thermal energy from them and move them onto the edges of the blade making it m ore deadly and apable of cutting through more
Ehanced Slice: By flicking the small hanging bit on the top of the weapon it can toggle into an 'electric' mode in which the blade is electrified increasing cutting power and making it capable of stunning those stabbed/cut by it, this electric mode also hurts the user slihtly due to the small amount of the metal that will still be touching them.
Weapon Trait: Durability (i guess?)

ignore the person.. guns barrel is thin and rectangular in shape, shoots card shaped pieces of sharp metal (lol yes im bringing cards into this xD, i been randomly searching weaons on FF wiki)

Weapon Abilities:
Superheated Shot: by pressing a button on the square-like bit on the back on the barrel all of the heat in the gun can be transferred into the next shot making the metal card superheated and able to slice through stuff easier if the gun has fired 5 shots quickly before this.
Spinning Card: by pressing the large screw like bit the top and botto n of the barrel open slightly to allow the card inside to spin (rotated by gears inside the gun) andbe shot whilst spinning to make it harde to block/capable of moving over a very thin object thaty may have caused it to stop if shot normally.
Weapon Trait: Speed?
Weapon Weaknesses: Reloading is hard (like half an hour to load a full clip..), suffers straying problems if/when trying to fire further then 5m

Techniques

Technique Name: Shadowed Slice
Technique Details: Kazuya runs through the shadows his dark clothes making him harder to see and him being used to shadows being able to see perfectly fine before he shoots out and slices at his opponent usually aimjing for non-lethal but disabling attacksbefore returning to shadows

Technique Name: Spinning Barrage
Technique Details: Activates the Card Pistol's spinniong Card Function andf the rapidly fires at his target creating a large amounjt olf spinning cards heading towards them (usually 1/4 - 1/2 of clip of metal 'cards')

Technique Name: Shooting Stab
Technique Details: Kazuya uses hs knowledge of the area within the shadows to luyre his enemy close without being able toi see him then stabbing then with his revolvers blade and shoting them twice (each shot = 1shot from each gun) and then may continue to fire using their body as a human shield to shoot other enemies through.

Title: "Quicksilver"

Age: 23

Gender: Female

Personality: Kisa is a very kind warm-hearted girl, who always has a smile on her face. She has the tendency of coming off as annoyingly chipper, as she is always hyper and is very affectionate. Kisa also has the habit of wearing her emotions “on her sleeves”. Whenever someone brings up her past she will say nothing, and simply walk away. She is quick to anger, but also quick to forgive someone as well. Kisa is also scared of many things, but her most prominent fear being of anything that crawls, or slithers, but she wouldn’t hurt the bugs, but simply have someone to move it somewhere else.

On the flip side she is a complete ruthless and cold hearted killer in battle. She adopts a callous attitude, and will get rid of anything that seems to pose a threat – whether it be an enemy or ally. Her eyes, which are normally a warm blue, become vacant and almost lifeless. She rarely speaks when in this form, and is only focused on the battle. She was trained to not succumb to fear or pain, and wll only stop when the one in charge gives the order or her body is no longer able to move. This is also known as having a split personality. Though it is also a bit different than having a split personality as she can control when and where she changes.

Quirks/Habits:
-Get's lost very easily
-Plays with a Rubix cube whenever bored or thinking
-Constantly checking to see if she has her glasses.
-When nervous will fiddle with her knives
-Can't hold any kind of alchohol

History: Kisa was born to an army wife, and in Russia, which was where her father was stationed at the time, which is why her name is of Russian origin. Though “Kitten” is her nickname, it is also her name “Kisa, translated to the English language. When she was 3 her mother died from a disease, which left just her and her father – who by the way was still in the UNU. Because of that she has always been traveling, and usually staying with the wives of her father’s friends. It was when she turned 7 did her father first show her how to use a gun. He was one of those guys that didn’t believe in sheltering his children. By time she was 10, she knew how to identify, dismantle, reassemble and shoot a fair amount of guns.

What happened next she wasn’t expecting. What, or how it happened she didn’t know, but Kisa was only aware of the news that was told to her. Her father had died when the camp was attacked – bomb – by the enemy. Kisa was not given the time to grieve, and instead taken by the UNU – as they knew what she was already capable of due to her father – and began training her themselves. While being trained to essentially be a killer for the military, she could feel herself changing and she didn’t like it. By the time she turned 15 she had successfully performed a self hypnotism on herself, with the trigger object being; Glasses. When she turned 17 she became tired of being used as a tool for the UNU, and with the help of a cloe friend within the UN she escaped to live out a normal life. However, instead she joined the revolutionist as fighting was all she knew.

With or without them she can see, however without the glasses on she will revert to the killer she was trained to be. No feelings, no remorse for her actions. She often listen to the person that gives off the feeling of athority, even when transformed. It takes a lot of wil power in order for her to place her glasses back on as she will continue on her killing spree until she falls from fatigu or death.

Weapon Name: Shock and Distort are the two ballistic knives that Kisa primarily uses when in battle. The blades of the knife can be shot off by pressing a button on the butt of her hilt.

Weapon Abilities:


"Shock": The ballistic knife that she holds in her left hand. Within the hilt of the knife is a specilized mechanism that generates an electric current that runs through the length of the blade. On the butt of the knife is a button that can be pressed to launch the blade out of the hilt. However, when the button is held down for more than three seconds, then it tells the mechanics in the hilt to start generating electricity that can be used to paralize the limb that it hits. It can be used for an entire page, but it must rest for another full page.

"Distort": This knife is held in her right hand. Like it's counterpart "Shock", within the hilt is a set of mechanics, however these are different. Instead of generating an electric current, it lets out a soundwave that can cause hemorging in the ears, nausia, dizziness and unfocused vision. The effects get stronger the more the person is arround the waves. They soundwaves have a short range so she has to be engaged in close combat for the waves to reach the person, and everytime the blade is hit the waves are magnified by the vibrations on the blade. She can use this for 5 post, and any longer than that, the blade can shatter or weaken considerably.

Longshot: The blade is launched from the hilt, and glows dark blue. The blade then grows 2 inches longer allowing for deeper impaling.

Weapon Trait: Built for speed, agility and stealth.

Weapon Weaknesses: Is not ideal for defense, or blocking attacks.

[i][u]Techniques[/u][/i]

Technique Name: Relentless Fury

Technique Details: Just as the name implies she attacks the enemy in a fury of swipes from her blades. Her moovements are swift and most of the time unblockable due to her quick movement. This attack though it is numerous, is ment to kill slowly allowing her opponent to bleed to death from all of the slashes. This way they can still interrogate or torture the enemy for information if needed, at least when she was in the UNU.

Technique Name: Paralyzer

Technique Details: This can only be done with "Shock". Kisa stabs the "Shock" into the person and the uses all of the generated electric currents in her blade, and pushes it into the person while releasing the blade from the hilt so that it remains in the person until the electricity is grounded out of the body. This causes paralyzation in 25-50% of the body. While it isn't always permanant paralisis, the use of their limbs wont be the same. Using this requires a strong surge of electric charge and thus uses up all of the power that had been generated by resting. his move requires a full page of resting, not including the page it was used on.

Technique Name: Earthquaker/Earsplitter

Technique Discription: These can only be used by "Distort". Kisa stabs "Distort" into the ground and uses up all of the generated energy in the hilt to release a massive soundwave into the ground, causing an earthquake in the surrounding area and making the ground beneth only three enemies to crumble making them plumit into a deep whole. Like "Shock"s technique "Paralyzer" the blade will need to rest for an entire page, not including the page it was used on before the soundwaves can be used again.

Earsplitter is the same as earthquake, except she releases the soundwaves in the air causing all in range to crumble in pain from the sound. Causing ringing, and bleeding ears, bursting vessles in the brain and eyes, blurry vision and can cause deafness or death from blood pooling in brain. In both of these attacks the blade is shattered after use. [/spoiler]

Also...some questions.

1: What kind of weapons we looking at here? Range weapons (like guns)? Explosives? Melee? You said Final Fantasy...and Futuristic. When I think Final Fantasy (never really played it), I think of swords. When I think Futuristic, I think laser guns. So...yeah.

That's fine, im kind of thinking that each arc wil be more relevent for each individual eg: The angel character I will be using for the Faith Arc, and if its kool with you kokonoe was thinking could relate your character more to the Mu-Tech Arc. All drafts at the moment though.
