Situation #2 Neol is battling someone who is immune to Magic attacks due to 1 object the person has. Neol also does not have his Sword on him. You can use any spells in Neol's list of Spells. Neol also would not go into his white eye form at this point since he sees the way to beat his opponent. His opponent is very fit and is very strong however he knows no magic.
