I'm thinking of adding Royal Decree because of the lack of traps. The deck uses ways of getting out the Creator, then uses his effect to pull out high level monsters. Basically cards like foolish burial gets the Creator to the Graveyard, and other cards get him into the hand. Reasoning will usually get out a high level monster. Mausoleum, the creator incarnate, etc. get the creator out. Guardian Angel Joan restores life points. Cloudian is just plain cool :P also it switches the creator to defence which is DEF 3000. Beast King is a quick summon and a tough monster if special summoned, also he can be quickly summoned with his effect so not to be a dead draw, and he can clear the field if need be. Most of the other cards are self explanitory Jinzo for trap stopping, cards like Trade-In for draw power and discards high levels for the creator as well.

I would add Draining shield, Sakuretsu Armor, and Final Attack Orders, so your opponent's monsters have to be in Attack Mode, and you can easily bring down his LP faster.

hmm not that bad of a deck, I'am not good at rating decks so I cant tell you what to add/remove but I can say its fairly good ^_^
