Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck). Cannot be Summoned by other ways. When this card is Synchro Summoned, depending on the Attribute of the "Monarch" monster used as Synchro Material, it gains 1 of the following effects:
*DARK: Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 other monster to remove 1 card on the field from play.
*WIND: Once per turn, you can return 1 card from your hand to the top of your Deck to select 2 cards your opponent controls and return them to top of your opponent's Deck.
*EARTH: Once per turn, you can destroy 1 face-down card on the field.
*FIRE: Once per turn, you can discard 1 monster to select 1 random card in your opponent's hand. Reveal it, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Level x 700.
*LIGHT: Once per turn, destroy 1 card your opponent controls and draw 1 card. You cannot declare an attack this turn.
*WATER: When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field and draw 1 card.
