Skull Dice

Lore: Roll 1 six-sided die. The result is multiplied by 100 points and subtracted from the ATK and DEF of all monsters in your opponent's control until the end of your turn. Monsters summoned after this card's activation are excluded.

Lore[Anime]: Select 1 monster your opponent controls and roll 1 six-sided die. The selected monster's ATK is divided by the number rolled until the end of this turn.

I like the anime effects better.

I'm pretty sure the card designers were thinking it would be overpowered to have the best case of +600 ATK to 5 monsters (essentially making a card allow +3000 potential damage). Same for the Trap version. Too bad they are too luck-dependent and mathematically speaking, they will not accomplish even 1/4 of that most of the time.
You must be already winning by a great margin (or have already won by then) to get close to the +3000 goal. Making it pointless.

I like their design and the anime effect of Graceful Dice. Joey needed to play a 6 when Black Skull Dragon equipped with something was face-up. The closest to that they went was Panther Warrior with a 6 and it was hacked out by a bad filler villain.
