[font="Courier New"]The setting takes place 200 years after the Great Ninja war with Naruto and the Akatsuki. There has been an era of peace in the world. There were no more fights amongst villages, and the world was at one. But a few months ago the Village Hidden in the Stars came back into power as their village expanded. The feudal lords saw how thier ninja were amongst the best in the world, they decided to have a meeting to name it as one of the great nations. The village elders appointed a new Hoshikage named ________________. It seemed like a good plan at first when the other kage found out. They thought they had more allies to count on if they needed them. But instead the other kage were irritated by the new Hoshikage. He kept sending out dozens of messanger hawks requesting peaces of land, forbidden jutsu and threatening their villages if they didn't comply to the request. Enraged, the leader of the Land of Tea, Kai Maora, called all six kage in for a summit. He said the summit will take in the next two days at Taikaku House. (Taikaku is the Japanese word for tall building. Taikaku House is located in the outskirts of The Land of Tea.)[/font]


[font="Courier New"]I was hoping that we could start the RP with this Summit as some sort of prologue to a battle or something. It's a great way to start off an RP imo. If you wish to be in this part of the role play can you fill out one of the "Prologue Applications" along with your normal one, unless you want to make it your normal app. Each Kage have theie two bodyguards with them at the summit. If you can, could you please make them, you don't have to. If someone wants to be one of the bodyguards, then so be it.[/font]

Kai as unusual rough pale skin. He wears a black male kimono with white straps. He wears white socks with his thong flip flops which have 2 straight rectangle heels on each. He wears a sword on the right side of his waist. The sword has a black handle and a white sheath.
Personality: Kai is calm most of the time. If anyone says something that he doesn't like he gets worked up and won't calm back down for hours. He won't take any action unless he needs to. If Kai think there is some kind of trouble, or something is awry, he looks into it right then and there.

Appearance: Medium-length black hair like Sai's, 5'11", Skinny, New Akatsuki Robe [Black robe w/ Red Hawks], Two swords like Sasuke's, Mangygeko Sharingun, and always has a crow on his shoulder
Personality: Only cares for his comrades, Merciless, Intelligent, Brave, Calm, Not Cocky- Thinks before moving, Evil, and Obsessed w/ Blood.
Village: Rogue Ninja [Leaf Village]
Jinchuriki: Yes, of the 13-Tailed Turtle-Hawk Hybrid
Bio: Inachi is from the Uchihba Clan, along with his brother, Pein. Pein survived by being healed by his brother after supposedly being killed by Madara Uchiha, while Inachi transformed into Madara to meet up with Itachi after the slaughtering. Inachi is part of the new Akatsuki, and is the Jinchuriki of the 13-Tailed Turtle-Hawk-Hybrid. He became a Jinchuriki when his older brother, Pein Uchiha, passed it on to him. His parents were killed by Inachi himself, in hope of obtaining the Ultimate Manygeko Sharingun. His brother lives in the Hidden Mist Village, and is one of the 13 best swordsmen in the ninja world, along with Inachi Uchiha.

Bio: Kazuaki Was born in the land of lightning, but moved to The hidden Mist at the age of twelve. Nobody is really sure how he got his rinnegan, but it is believed that he is a decedent of the Rikudō Sennin. He live a troubled life, he never let it get him down and he trained all day for years to master his jutsu.He is the only Mist ninja that was born in a different village, but even though he was his loyalty lies with The Mist Village. He Was chosen to company the 11 Mizukage to the summit.

Bio: Kiyo is a Jinchuuriki that had the combined power of the 2,3,6, tailed beast from the hidden mist. She was the first person to have the combined power of 3 Bijuu inside of her. As a kid she faced a lot of hard Challenges being the most dangerous Jinchuurik in the Hidden Mist's History. Her father the great 11 Mizukage had taught her how to control the tailed beast, but even after years of training she does not fully control the Bijuu inside of her. She is a puppet master and she controls the great Sasori puppet that her father got as a peace treaty.
