Remember when we learned that Reborn Tengu doesn't work with Xyzs?

Obviously not the same. As for tengu's “removed from the field” what does that actually mean because I thought up a way to abuse this card up to hell if i'm correct.

Quite simply whenever it leaves the field, bar returning to the deck.

I thought returning to the Deck counted as being removed from the field.

Well, you thought wrong. Returning to the deck only works if the card says it itself, like Serpentine Princess.

Card Effects can't resolve in the Main Deck unless the card specifically says so (like Serpentine). Aslla Piscu was also ruled this way. The reason Absolute Zero gets off the hook is because returning to the Deck is returning to the Extra Deck, where effects can resolve.

Tengu and Lightsworn in the same deck is a terrible idea.

Not really if you think about it. I run a synchrosworn deck that abuses glow-up bulb. If you side the 15 most needed cards and copies of lightsworns you can easily exchange and mix the deck up a bit. Say you Tengu on the field and you summon bulb. Synchro for catastor and another tengu comes out. You now have the ability to re-use bulb to bring out either another level 5, a level 6, or whatever your milled card happens to be. Having the cards mixed you can either mill dandylion, plaguespreader, wulf, or spore. Or even a plant that gigaplant can ressurect. You're increasing your chances for synchro summons by having some lightsworns mixed in.

You're not doing it right at all, mill is terrible with Tengu Plants because milling a single Tengu or Lonefire would hurt the deck. Tengu depends on his copies being in the deck, if you mill them you effectively just destroyed the point of the deck. Lightsworn wouldn't add anything to the deck besides a lack of consistency that it doesn't need.

ITT there is no such thing as Graveyard control.

I've never seen anybody lose a duel just because they milled a Lonefire or Tengu :/

I'd like to see someone actually do a full-blown Tengu Plantsworn where Pot of Avarice is consistent. The idea of Tengu with actual Lightsworn is still bad regardless.

When did I ever say JUST lightsworn? And pot of avarice is actually what makes the deck style better. Even IF you mill all 3 tengus you still have the plantsworn that works well together. While you have Gigaplant on the field and a lightsworns milling you can easily abuse gigas ressurection effect and bring out a tuner or just another giga plant. You can either work towards getting JD out faster or bring out a horde of synchro monsters. Just because three cards are in the grave doesn't automatically make a deck style that already existed useless.

Honestly, that sounds painfully inconsistent compared to the consistent version of it that already exists but have fun with that.
[/quote]
Mine is consistent ^_^ I'm always milling tuners that can be special summoned, wulf, or dandylion:)

A hybrid deck with the right support actually is somewhat consistent. It'll just mill a bit more than DoppelPlants running ryko. I can even see this build running not 2 but 3 Pot of Avarice...
