"If you got this message, I trust you, and I trust that you have changed. I would not be disturbing you if it weren't extremely important. You know the Saviors, that group that rid Spectro City of those bandits a few years ago? Yes, of course you do. They were the ones that got you in jail in the first place... They were given great power and responsibility. They called me up the other day, and asked me if they wanted to be a part of their "Master Plot". They have secretly taken control, with their newly granted power and fame, of all Spectro City! Who knows? Greed may overcome them , and they might try for the world! As you may have guessed by now, I need you to join me to overthrow those Traitors! You are the only ones that know of this information... I need you. WE need you. We will be... The Guardians!"

- Chasmor Lecca

(OOC: Post about getting the message)

~MEANWHILE~

"It is a shame that Chasmor did not accept our offer. Well, it is not likely that he will change his mind so, he is of no more use to us. It is a shame with all of that power he had." A small laugh came from one of the people sitting around the table. "Allow me, Master. I will crush him!" "Who said that?" asked Lazid calmly.....

Rydon stood up so Lazid could see him better. "I, Rydon Venger, will track down Chasmor and destroy him in a duel. He will pay for refusing to join the Saviors (OOC: I take it they still call themsleves the Saviors?). Truthfully, Rydon didn't want to destroy or crush Chasmor. All he really wanted to do was test the great power Chasmor supposedly had. He knew that Chasmor could see the Saviors weren't themselves anymore, that they had become traitors to Spectro City. "Just tell me when I should go after him Master Lazid, and I will do just that." It had been awhile since Rydon's last duel, and he didnt want to get rusty. "I hope Chasmor will be worthy opponent..."

Prime stared at the message of the screen of her D-Wheel, frowning as she read it over. She had no idea who this Chasmor person was or even if she could trust him and the fact that he seemed to know her didn't give her much of a good vibe. Still, what he said seemed to add up and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

"Well I guess I'll go along with him for now," she sighed "I can always back out if I need to."

Of course there was another problem presented, the message conveyed the information about the 'saviours' and what they where doing but it didn't tell her what to do about it, nor if there was any kind of meeting place or overall plan this person had. Prime frowned suspiciously at this information but eventually shrugged it off, if this man knew who she was and how to contact her she expected he'd contact her again if he needed to. With that she sat astride her D-Wheel again and kicked it into life, tearing down the street and off into the distance. Her eyes narrowed behind the visor she wore over her face.

"I have a bad feeling about this," she muttered.

Jack scanned the message he received on his PDA. Shocked by what he thought it said he proceeded to read it over again, more carefully. He had never held a grudge on the Saviours, he knew what he had done was wrong, and that he served his time in prison justly. From the way the message was put, Jack assumed someone was trying to get revenge on the Saviours for putting them behind bars. He simply ignored the message, he knew that if it was a real matter then he would be contacted again. He was, however, unnerved that someone managed to obtain his contact details, and seemed to know that it was the Saviours that had brought him to justice in the first place. He soon allowed the thoughts to pass out of his head as he resumed what he was doing before the strange message, slowly walking through the park, and the calm atmosphere soon absorbed him once again.

"Very well Rydon, you may go. I sense that you have a lust to duel this man. I also want to see what he can truly do when backed against a wall. Here..." he threw a device at Rydon. "This will show you where Chasmor is. I will contact a backup Grunt to oversee you through this mission." With the press of a button, his voice resonated through the entire tower. "Caz, report the to front entrance immediately. Rydon will meet you there and explain everything..."

~MEANWHILE~

"I hope I didn't sound desperate at all... I might have scared them. Or maybe they're just busy and haven't gotten the message yet... I better send a confirmation message just in-case... "This is Chasmor again. If you care about the fate of your City, you will meet me at old abandoned card factory. I need to make sure that you are all up to the task... and powerful enough to see it through."

[ooc: We can control grunts without apps, right? So I guess I'll take the role of Caz.]

Briskly, Caz walked down the treacherous tower staircase with a million thoughts going through his mind.
"What kind of mission awaits me at the bottom of these stairs? Clearly there must be a high level of importance to this mission if one of Lazid's highest ranking officers is heading it... Gosh, I'm probably going to get hurt or something, Rydon is always picking fights with gangs..."
Caz sighed deeply, "Oh well, so is the life of a lowly grunt."
A doorway came into view, and a silhouette of a muscular, man stood in the doorway with the moonlight dimly illuminating everything around him.
"So, uhh what's going on here?" Caz said to Rydon timidly.

Rydon nodded at Lazid after he received the tracking device. He left the room and headed for the entrance of the Traitors hideout. Rydon patiently waited for Caz, who Lazid had just ordered to assist him in his mission. "Chasmor.......Lazid already bet him in the finals of a tournament, but Lazid was very impressed with his abilities nevertheless. I can't wait to see how good he really is...". Rydon smiled at his thought. He took out his duel deck and looked at all of his cards slowly.
"Dark Force.....we have a new challenge," Rydon said aloud. He put his deck back and waited a little more until finally Caz showed up.
"So, uhh what's going on here?" Caz asked timidly.
"We are to find a man named Chasmor and punish him for refusing to join us, you have heard of Chasmor haven't you?" Rydon turned around to face the door. He activated the device Lazid gave him. "Come, we have no time to waste." Rydon led Caz underground to Rydon's Duel Runner.
"Do you have a Duel Runner? Or do you need to hop on mine?" Rydon asked Caz.

Chasmor looked quite uneasy. He could not help but feel like he was being demanding. What if they thought he was crazy and never came. He tried to think of the worst case scenario, but there were so many, he couldn't decide which was the worst. He pulled out his deck and looked at the first card, "Metal Prototype". "You were the one who started it all, lets just hope that we can finish it..." He flipped through the rest of his cards, thinking about how each one could be used differently than he had thought of previously. He had to be ready for anything...

Prime's onboard computer buzzed again and she looked down, noting a new message had now popped up on it. She frowned as she read it.

The abandoned card factory? She thought.

She took a right turn and sped down the adjascent street, speeding up slightly as she left the traffic behind her. As she rode she began to think about this 'Chasmor' person and who, indeed, he was. She had plenty of time to think as she rode, eventually coming within sight of the alloted location.

She burst through the rusted fencing surrounding the building and pulling to a stop just outside of the building, powering down her D-Wheel and stepping off it to look up at the building in front of her.

"This is the place," she muttered.

She walked up to the main entrance, pushing the door open and walking inside and looking about, her eyes narrowing behind her visor.

Caz walked towards a black, standard duel runner. He turned back to face Rydon.
"I have one of my own, thanks."
Thoughtfully, Caz looked down at his handlebars. "I don't know much about this Chasmor, just that he and Lazid are- er I mean- used to be friends. I suppose you intend on defeating him in a duel?"
The digital clock on the dashboard of the duel runner read, 3:30 a.m.
"We have no time to waste then," Caz said revving the engine on his runner. Slowly he brought himself next to Rydon and peered at the device he held. "So, where are we heading?"

Blaze had overheard Chasmor receiving the message, and thought, I should probably go help him. But a part of him said no. "Do it," came a voice in his ear. A soft, feminine voice. "Help Chasmor." Blaze turned around to see a woman in blue armor with blonde hair standing before him. "Ah, Dark Magician Girl." Blaze addressed her. "I see you're here to provide guidance?" She nodded, and repeated. "Go to him." And she faded into oblivion. He had only one choice. He hopped into his Duel Runner, "Silver Bullet" as he called it, and drove as fast as he could to the abandoned warehouse.

Rydon started up his duel runner. He looked at his tracking device and back at Caz. "Just follow my lead," Rydon said, accelerating at a high speed out of the HQ's garage and into the streets. He looked back and saw that Caz was behind him. He took off into the direction of the red dot on his tracking device. After a little time, Rydon found himself in front of a giant warehouse, and not too long after Caz stopped right beside him.
"An abandoned card factory? Thats where Chasmor has been hiding..." Rydon said to himself. He smirked, he himself grew up in an abandoned card factory with other orphans. "Hopefully you will be a worthy opponent Chasmor, because for your sake, you'll need to be..."
"Lets go inside," Rydon said leading Caz inside the abandoned card factory. Rydon left his Duel Runner outside, he wasn't a big fan of turbo duels.
After walking for a few minutes, a large figure came into view just in front of Rydon and Caz's location.
Rydon stood firmly before shouting, "Chasmor Lecca! I have come to challenge you to a duel!"

Prime began wandering through the abandoned building, peering through her visor are the darkened halls. While the building was old and abandoned there where definite signs that someone had been living here recently. She stopped as she heard a noise in the distance, the sound of the main doors opening.

Perhaps I wasn't the only one to get the message, she thought, presuming the new intruder to be another of Chasmor's potential guardians.

Her theory was cut short, however, as a cry rang out through the empty halls, a cry challenging the man named Chasmor to a duel. Prime's eyes narrowed slightly behind her visor as she remained where she was, considering her options. She could continue her search of the building and find Chasmor herself, or she could follow the voice and hope that Chasmor would accept this stranger's challenge. Ultimately she decided to retrace her steps and return to the entrance with the mysterious challenger. If her hunch was right then Chasmor would show himself in order to duel at which point Prime could question him to her hearts content, on the other the challenger clearly wished to find Chasmor himself and two people where far better at searching a premesis than just one.

"You!? You don't take your time do you? And who's your friend?" he said, pointing to Caz. "Ah well, I can take you both on with no problems." He paused. He heard gentle footsteps behind him. The outline of a person showed itself. "Ah, it is Prime! You are the first to arrive! And just in time too! These Traitors think they can take me on. I could take them both, but no point in making you sit around and watch, is there?" She nodded without a word. "Fine, we will Tag Duel you, Rydon if I remember?" They all activated their Duel Disks in response.

"I'll start. I will commence by Summoning my Dark Metal Power Blade in Attack Position. I will then activate Metal Magnetizer and Metal City!!" Their surroundings vanished as a giant city made entirely out of metal appeared. "I will set a card and end my turn"

Blaze stood outside of the warehouse, looking in through a window. "Chas..." He whispered to himself. Beside him stood Dark Magician, a man with purple hair and purple armor. "Dark Magician... how... how do you think this will end out?" the man smiled and said, "I believe in Chasmor and Prime. They can win." Blaze nodded, and said, "Very true. I mean, they are among the best Guardian Duelists... Eh, I'll give the traitors a few turns before Chas and Prime crush 'em." Dark Magician nodded. "But," Blaze whispered. "If it comes to it, I shall step in. Then... then those traitors will be in for the ride of their lives... possibly their last." Blaze laughed coldly and watched.

Rydon activated his duel disk and turned to look at Caz. "It's time to prove yourself," Rydon said to him. Rydon turned back to Chasmor "So you've begun assembling a team, huh? Well I was ordered by my master, which I understand you have a history with, to come destroy you," Rydon said just as Chasmor ended his turn. "But I'm not here for that. I'm not like the other Traitors. I just want to test you, so don't let your anger take over this duel." Rydon realized he may have said to much in front of Caz, but he didn't worry. A grunt knew better than to try and sell out a commander. "Alright then, my turn!" Rydon drew a card from his deck. "You have a nice combo going on there, your planning to power up your Dark Metal Power Blade every turn by summoning other Metal cards your acquire by Metal City. And to top it all off, you made Power Blade immune to destroying card effects." Rydon smirked. It was a good strategy, but it wouldn't work for long. "I'll set a monster and throw two cards face-down, and that will end my turn."

Prime's eyes narrowed as she came upon Rydon, Caz and (most importantly) Chasmor. As she'd expected the man named Rydon had challenged Chasmor to a duel and it looked like they where about to start until Chasmor invited Prime into the duel as well to make it a tag duel between Rydon and his henchman. Prime took a moment to consider before agreeing, activating her duel disk and taking her place beside Chasmor.

At the very least this will let me see both Chasmor's deck and the decks of these people we're supposed to be fighting.

Once Chasomor and Rydon where done with their own turns Prime began her own, drawing a new card from her deck to make a total of 6 in her hand.

"I summon the Enchanted Knight of the Fire in attack mode!" she said with barely a moments hesitation.

A wall of flames erupted in front of her and a scarlet clad knight wielding a sword larger than her own body emerged from it, taking her place on Prime's field.

"I'll set one card face down and finish my turn," Prime said, following through and lowering her duel disk arm.

Test Chasmor? Caz was still a bit puzzled by Rydon's remark. It would seem that Rydon has his own agenda, not much of my concern at the moment. Caz looked up an realized it was his turn. I gotta keep my cool, this is indeed where I shall prove myself to the Saviors!
"I draw." Caz picked a card up from his deck. He looked down at his cards and smiled.
"I'll summon Scorching Gila in attack mode!" A giant, scaly black lizard materialized in front of Caz flicking its tongue.
"I'll set one card, and end my turn," said Caz with a facade of confidence.

Blaze watched onward as the duel continued, looking for the slightest movement that would start his surprise attack. He was one of the sneakier guardians, and easily surprises anyone. "C'mon... just give the signal, and I'll crush them... right, Dark Magician Knight?" He whispered, addressing a knight in all purple armor next to him, who nodded. "And I hope I'm the one who destroys them..." Blaze sneered. "You always were fairly ruthless, aren't you?" DMK nodded and said, "Of course. I am your monster, aren't I?" Blaze just smiled, and watched on.

The two black bombs turned see-through and they combined with the Synchron and a black, metal falcon took their place. "Now, if the Bombs were Special Summoned, when the leave the field, I draw one card for each!" Chasmor drew two cards. "I will activate my Metal Reconstruction! It lets me bring back my Dark Metal Synchron. I will use it's effect to bring out another Dark Metal Bomb and a Metal Prototype. I will Synchro Summon using my Dark Synchron, my Dark Bomb and my Prototype! Come out, Metal Phoenix! Next, I will Synchro my Synchron with my Warrior to Summon Metal Destructo! After receiving the second message, Jack had become convinced that it was likely something serious. Either way, he felt he had nothing to lose, and so he began heading towards the old abandoned card factory, with a slightly faster pace than he would normally walk at, yet still slow enough to take in his surroundings. Jack enjoyed being around nature, naturally from his farmland upbringings, and he could spend hours on end just observing it. He did, however, realise that more important matters were likely at hand. He picked up his pace into an average walking pace, and followed down a side-street, a short-cut to the card factory. He soon reached the entrance, a large rusty gate stood ahead of his, half open. He assumed this meant that someone was already here.

Maybe I'm not the only one being called...

He thought to himself. His attention was soon diverted, however, to the figures he could see inside the building. From their stances it appeared a duel was a-foot. He activated his D-Gazer and kept a relatively close distance, looking through the small window to the right of the entrance. He was interested to see whether these others had also been called here. And if so, who were they?

Blaze noticed movement near at the base of the warehouse. "What the..." he whispered to himself, strapping on his duel disk. "If it's a traitor... 'The Wildfire' is coming for them..." He rushed down the stairwell and stealthily snuck around to the front of the building, rushing toward the source of movement. His Duel Disk ready and the Duel Spirit of Dark Magician Knight at his side, he charged. "Get ready, traitor!" He shouted, jumping into the light. "Oh, Jack..." Blaze said, a little crestfallen. "It's just you." He put his duel disk away. "I thought you were a traitor... and I was kinda bored... what're you doing here?"

Jack jumped back. Blaze's little performance had scared him enough to make him trip over a metal bar that had fallen behind him. Jack jumped to his feet.

"Damn, Blaze, don't sneak up on me like that, I could've had a heart attack."

He brushed the dirt off of his trousers and and got out his PDA.

"I was kinda wondering why you were here too... You wouldn't, by chance, have received a strange message from some guy named Chasmor, would you?"

He asked, showing Blaze the message he had got on his PDA screen.

"Uh... I didn't technically receive a message..." He said with a small laugh. "I pretty much just... tagged along, I guess you could say. Heheheh..." He sighed. "Sorry... I thought you were one of the grunts..." He grinned a little. "Good thing ya weren't... woulda dueled ya into submission in a few turns." He looked into the building, and said, "I see you're watching the duel, too?" Just then, Blaze sensed more movement. He looked around, and found two grunts. They smirked, and said, "Well well... looks like we got a couple spies... What're you doing here?!" "'could ask ya the same thing..." Blaze thought of something immediately. "Hey, Jack... let's take 'em down!"

"Well, you being here wouldn't be the weirdest thing that ever happened." He said, rather jokingly. "And hey, you're far from better than me, besides, if you recall, we never got to finish our match last time."

He returned to watching the duel until the grunts appeared behind. As soon as Blaze offered the chance for them to team up, Jack smirked.

"I thought you said you could beat me all by yourself. If that's the case you should have no problem beating two measly grunts by yourself, eh? Or do you really need me to hold your hand for you?"

Jack enjoyed taunting Blaze, even if he knew they were on the same side. He didn't care if he dueled or not, so he just waited for Blaze's reaction.
