"Ah, alas, we're here! I say, 'tis remarkable, eh sis? Living in the core sure has its benefits...."
A duo of twins started to approach a giant utopian stronghold. This was their lucky day, the day where they got into X-Over Academy, the school where the Multiverse unites. They entered...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"And this is our dorm! Lets get in and unpack our stuff..." the boy opened the door, allowing his sister to enter before him. As the duo entered, they saw another person - he was clearly human.
"Oh hello there! Who are you?" the boy asked.
"The name's Ben Tennyson," he replied, "I'm glad to make more friends in this school."
"You're a newbie too?" the girl blushed as she questioned.
"You got that right. Anyways, I think its time for Combat Class.... need a lift?" Ben spoke as he clicked the queer gauntlet on his wrist. Who knows what he's gonna do. Suddenly, in a flash of green light, an odd, slender, reptillian being appeared in place of Ben. "XLR8!"
"Don't try to scare us, and that doesn't look like a lift to me..." the boy spoke as he attempted to stop his sister from screaming.
"It is alright!" XLR8 started to run at absurb speeds, picking the twins up as he dashed. It may not look like it, but he remembered to lock the door.
"Coolio, bro. Better than Racin' cars on the track. By the name, we both go under one name - Jolta Priest. Call me Yellow Fever. That's my sister Pink Crazy, she's a lil' shy."
In a jiffy, a fast jiffy, they were at the door of Combat Class.
"Good thing we never took breakfast," the Jolta duo spoke in unison.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Ah, so perfect, I'm pretty sure this school's going fine. Now lets see... new students..."
The Principal, Jeremy Ochrefang, started to check his files.
"No parents, Normal life, no parents, no parents, infected with mutation... The multiverse is sooo beautiful. I must traverse one day... Now... this reminds me..."

Man I'm late! I'm so gonna get Donald and Goofy for wanting to talk all night to me...them playing those video games and expecting me to help them out! Thought a teenaged boy with spiky brown hair and blue eyes. His name was Sora, Keyblade Wielder and resident of Destiny Islands. He ran down the road from the Gyro Red dorm near the Academy, rushing to get there. Apparently Donald and Goofy kept him up all night talking...

As soon as he reached the door, he walked in and panted a little. "S-should be used to that....kind of running..." he said, trying to catch his breath. "Ran like that in Hollow Bastion with those 1000 Heartless...time must really fly since then." He quickly stood straight up and walked around inside the building. Sora reached into his pocket and pulled out a small paper which held his classes in. "OK, first lesson....Combat Training. Now that's what I'm talking about!" he said as he ran towards the Combat Training room.

XLR8 immediately turned back into Ben. "I have a lot of practice with that one," he muttered under his breath.
"That... doesn't quite look like it...." the duo said in unison. "So... we remember that the teacher's name was... errr, what was it?"
"Two of you and both of you forget. You're pretty cute," Ben commented as Pink blushed for a while, her face turning slightly red. "I think its Mr. Shishigami or something...."
"Sounds hillarious," Yellow said.
"But never, ever tell him that," Pink added.

Just then, a young lady who appeared to have yellow, lightningbolt-like hair and wore a regular sweater started approaching them. "Hello children. I'm sorry to say that Mr. Shishigami isn't present today, so I'm taking his place as a relief teacher."
"So... are you teaching?" Ben inquired.
"Yes, I am."
"Really? You don't-"
Suddenly, a flash of light appeared from the lady's pocket. Out came an odd yellow dog-thing. "Jolt," it spoke.

"What is that thing?" Ben inquired once more.
"My best friend, don't ask too much... by the way, my name is Samantha Sparks, call me Miss Sparks." Just then, she saw Sora coming right this way. "Another student I see. What's your name?"

Sora stopped and then panted a little as he finally reached the Combat Training Room. He looked up and saw someone ask him, "What's your name?", so he stood straight up and said smiling,"I'm Sora. I'm the wielder of the Keyblade!" As he finished introducing himself, he held his hand in front of him and a light flashed and a key-like sword appeared in his hand. "This is the Keyblade." he said as he twirled it in his hand. "So I take it your the Combat Training teacher??"

The Vice-Principal, Vince Kami, was just one of the unlimited persona's and bodys That this Chaos creature can take. In this current state, he was a tall human male with darker black hair. He continued to walk down the hall. There was a time when this man was just a mystical object designed to create chaos. And he did he job well. Eventually absorbing the entire universe of his origin. All the living beings, all the pretty planets, and even the divine being who created him. With this creaters powers in his control, he sub-consciously followed his programing and jumped universes to continue the spreading of Chaos. He eventually absorbed a strange being with the power to force evolution or shape-shift his being entirely. With this power, he eventually grew a personality and out-witted his programing, making himself a living creation rather than an object.

Vince sighed. He almost reached the room he was looking for when he caught a young alien boy picking into someone's locker. Vince had a short discussion with the strange boy and he didn't have time to officially give him a detention so he told the boy that he is expected to be at Vince's office immeadiatly after school. Vince chuckled to himself lightly, he somewhat enjoyed this school and the position he had in it. With the shake of his head, he remembered that he wanted to be inside one of the classes to watch the students learning on their first day here. With that, he rushed down the hall-way and entered the class room where the combat training would take place. He walked closer too miss sparks, who was taking the usually teacher's place for the day, and gave her a small smile.

Alexander tripped through the doorway as he ran into class, almost killing himself on a unusually sharp desk's edge.
"Ah! Err, sorry I'm late...I was—" He paused, realizing that everyone would think he was creepy for looking for Makoto since two hours before school started. "Eh, nevermind...Oh? Where's Shishigami-sensei? I thought he would be teaching this class..."
It was just then that he noticed the yellow thing on the ground.
"Is that what I think it is?! I mean, I've only heard about them in passing, so I may not be right, but...Is that a Pokémon?" Alexander approached is cautiously, not wanting to get set on fire or electrocuted or cut to ribbons or whatever this thing does.
He looked up at the substitute teacher. "Can I pet it?"

Nikki walked into combat training and looked at the other students, staring as a giant reptile like thing change into a normal kid with an odd watch on his arm. There was someone with what looked like a giant key acting all smug as well. I'm gonna hate this class, she thought to herself, frowning slightly. She immediately took herself to the far side of the room, as far away from everyone else as possible and took out a soft pencil and a drawing notebook and starting to work on a picture of the yellow furball that one kid was petting. Nikki wished she could just skip this class and go sit under one of the trees but sadly she was already in trouble with the principal for skipping too many classes and she owed him everything. Didn't make her despise the classes any less though. She just wanted to paint and draw. The pictures were nicer than most of the kids she had met. They didn't dare bully her though. Not because of her relationship with the principal but because of her ability. Nearly drowning in ink seems to scare a lot of people.

Akira appeared in front of the school in a quick flash "so this is the school this is going to interesting for us". He smiles this begins walking into the school after a few moments of walk he stops "wait....what class do we have"?. He pulls out a piece of paper "ah combat training...that should be interesting for us" he starts back walking destroying the paper. He walked around for a few more minuets "this school is pretty big if I hurry I might be late to class" he rolls up is sleeve revealing several lines of ancient test on his arm. He looks at them "that should be good enough" a verse on his arm lights up he disappears in a bright light then soon reappearing down the hall from the class.

He notices a few people walking in "I guess this is the class I guess we should go" he walks up then looks into the class before going in. He sees a few people "these people looking interesting". He quickly rolls down his sleeve so none would see the writing on his arm he looks at the teacher the turns and walks to an empty desk and sits down.

Joshua smiled through thin lips when he entered his first class.

Combat Instruction it was, amusingly enough. Joshua highly doubted he'd actually learn anything from the curriculum here- or rather, from any of the subjects- but his colleagues that had gathered around seemed interesting enough to draw his attention at any rate.

The teacher had brought out a small, yellow creature that resembled a particularly harmless-looking Noise, or even just a strangely colored small wolf, but that was rather inconsequential in the grand scheme of things; gathered around it were five of his classmates, four boys and a girl.

Two of them had vibes vibrating in concert, which gave Joshua momentary pause. They didn't appear to have a Pact or anything of the sort, but the bond they shared was certainly something other than normal; they were twins, at the very least. Joshua had but to wonder at the strength of their individual Soul, if they didn't have their sibling to rely on- of course, were it to come to a Game, one of their entry fees would have to be the other's existence.

Joshua had to mentally stop that line of thought; he was here to relax, allegedly, after all. See the extent of the multiverse beyond his domain in Shibuya before he graduated into a class of Angel and was tied down like Sanae; his young Composer days would be the freest he'd ever have, after all. Or so Sanae had told him over a cup of the house blend; Joshua somewhat expected the Producer just wanted him out of the way while he dealt with the fallout from his recent transgressions.

A poor little fallen angel, Joshua thought to himself with his usual smirk. Reprimanded for his good intentions. Joshua felt his gaze being pulled towards the giant key one of the others was holding; it was an interesting weapon, not leastly because it seemed to have its own Vibe independent of its wielder.

A weapon with a soul, he considered. The boy alone seemed to contain a great deal of potential Soul energy, though it seemed likely that was due to wielding the key, which had a vibe not dissimilar to his own. The weapon was indeed very ancient and powerful; likely formidable even on the higher Planes of existence. Joshua filed away the information for later- it would be an element he could study later.

Lastly, the loner sitting at the edge of the class. Joshua felt a familiar grin creep across his face. Closed off from the world, keeping her face deep into a sketchbook while she avoided everyone else... Now, this feels familiar.

And an artist too. A girl whose' World Ended at a rather short spot, keeping behind her a bounty of Inspiration and Creative power that could translate quite nicely into a wide variety of psyches. If a truer candidate for the Reaper's Game had ever existed, he had already been manipulated by Joshua. The conditions that circled her were perfect- in fact, he could see Negative Noise forming above her head even now, only seconds after he entered the room.

Joshua hadn't wanted to take a vacation anyway.

"Do you often sketch in the middle of class?" Joshua asked, walking over to the far wall next to the girl and leaning against it. His expression hadn't changed; he still wore the wry, slightly amused grin he'd came into the class with, though now his eyes glinted with what might be curiosity.

Nikki didn't look up at the newcomer, she just took out a picture from her bag of an old man with a chalkboard behind him. It seemed like a normal photo before the man started to move. He started to write on the board behind him with the words, Hello, Nikki! Today we will be practicing speed drawing! I've taught you the basics, now go! Nikki sighed slightly, placing the picture down and started to draw. She just ran the tip of the pencil across the page, starting at the top and moving downwards. It looked as if she was just doing it in one fluid movement but it must be impossible because as she got an inch into the drawing you could already see the beginnings of a picture.

"Yes, of course I sketch in my classes" Nikki said without looking at Joshua. "What is there to learn anymore here?" She sounded slightly sad and angry at the same time, almost as if she was trying to keep her voice neutral but failing ever so slightly. She finally looked up at Joshua, but her hand never stopped moving, still drawing the image at a speed that was unnatural. The old man in the picture moved closer to the edge of his world to peer at the drawing, his eyes wide in happiness.

"Why yes, it is a Pokemon, do feel free to pet my friend..." Ms Sparks said. "But, anyways, time to begin the lesson. I may be substitute teacher, but I know what I'm doing..."

She then entered the class, greeted by an arena, and a bunch of pupil's desks. "Sit anywhere, kids..."

The male half of the Jolta duo simply looked at Nikki and blushed slightly, and wasn't even irked by her enigmatic powers. Suddenly, he snapped out of it in a split second.
"Bro, pay attention." his sister spoke, "its the first day..."

With that, the lesson began.

"Well, before we begin, I need to show you six of my friends. C'mon out, guys!" She threw five odd-looking spherical things into air.

"Cofa!" an uncanny, coffin-like being appeared.
"Beautifly!" what resembled a monarch butterfly appeared. It shimmered with its orange-black wings.
"Dit..." a Purple blob landed on the floor.
"TYNAMO!" a cute, bubbly electric eel larva appeared. Oddly, it levitated above the ground.
"Zebstrika!" an odd zebra appeared, flashing like lightning.
"Rayqua- OW!" a black dragon appeared. It made an appearance, hitting his head on the celing due to its tremendous size.

"Make that five. Rayquaza, return..." Miss Sparks returned the dragon to its sphere.

"My friends here will assist me on my lesson... so, we start with the basics. Mainly, your defensive abilities. Look carefully. Jolteon over here," Samantha pointed to her yellow wolf-thing, "Is a Fragile Speedster. And so is Zebstrika here. Look at this. Tynamo, Charge Beam..."

With that, her tiny electric eel started to fire a charged beam at Jolteon. Jolteon however, was unaffected. It did the same to Zebstrika, but nothing happened as well.

"Due to their abilities, they are immune to electrical attacks. Tynamo has an ability we call 'Levitate'. Self explanatory. Now, before anyone ask questions, I will move on to the next part of the lesson. Cofagrigus, Trick Room."

The coffin started to tremble. It let out its arms and twirled the dimensions.
"Here's one thing you must be wary of when facing foes. If you can't take full advantage of the field, try to... lets say... improvise. In this condition, the fast becomes slow and the slow becomes fast. In conditions like these, you need at least some Defense. This leads to the next part of my lesson - overall statistics. Any questions before I move on?"

As the classes had started, Suddenly, a huge roar of a Jet Engine was heard throughout the academy as Zeimaier had finally came back to the academy after a brief absence, She carried a gun that could dwarf the size of most guns that could exist in the Utopia Biome, She sighed and said "That's another Neuroi down, What the hell is up with these things, They like to go after me for some reason..." She had found her wheelchair, and folded up her gun so that it could fit on the back of her wheelchair, then took her Striker off and hid it in a compartment in the front of the wheelchair, then wheeled her way to the first class, Combat class, and entered...

"Erm, yes, I do. Say the opponent were to utilize something similar to this...Trick Room. What is "fast", exactly? Is it intentionally fast movements, or more based on reflexes?"
Alexander also observed the two Pokémon who had yet to utilize any abilities. The butterfly-esque creature was flitting about harmlessly, and that actually made him somewhat worried. Alexander was afraid of bugs, especially the ones that look like they aren't dangerous. He's often had nightmares of a butterfly sucking him dry or a giant ladybug smashing him between the two halves of its carapace.
"Also, that blob...What does THAT do, exactly? I mean, it looks almost incapable of powered movement..." Alex had the feeling he'd come to regret stating this, but he didn't know why...

Zeimaier looked around in the class, Not the bright and cheery sort of crowd she expected, but she could manage. Suddenly, she heard a boy ask about the blob in front of the teacher, Black wolf ears popped out of her hair and a Black Wolf's tail popped from her behind as a red aura surrounded her, Her eyes changed as she analyzed the blob, she said "Hmmm... An Amorphous blob, Shape-shifting... Ah yes, Is that a Ditto? cause I'm pretty sure it is"...

I'm kinda lost on what these things are....maybe I should've read that book the King gave me. Sora said smiling nervously. He looked at his hand and his Keyblade disappeared, as he sat in a chair near a desk. He listened in to some of the conversation, but he was wondering if they were actually going to spar. He wanted to show these people what the Keyblade wielder was capable of. Sora leaned back in the chair, some what bored with just hearing the talking.

It occurred to Joshua that the boy sitting only a little in front of him looked almost identical to Neku.

'An interesting coincidence...', he mused to himself, 'Though amusing. This one's vibe seems even more positive than that of that delightful Parallel Dimension's Neku.'

Joshua idly removed his cellphone from his pocket, opened it and casually snapped a picture of the brunet before putting the device away again. The picture would be something amusing to show Neku, and the charts describing the kid's unique vibe patterns would make for interesting discussion with Sanae.

The teacher was talking about something; he paid attention, idly, only with a part of his consciousness; after all, the basics of combat were pointless as far as he was concerned. He hadn't come here to learn about things he could have found out through a half hour of Scanning in Shibuya, after all- he came here to see the wonders of the multiverse, and of course, the interesting vibes within in.

He gave a sidelong glance to the the side of him and chuckled cryptically, like he was want to do.
"Plenty, if you know where to look," he responded with a flick of his hair. There was plenty to learn in this school, after all- just not the teacher's lessons.

Zeimaier looked around in her class, She had sat 2 desks to the left of a kid with a gray shirt and a cellphone, As she looked, She could sense some sort of power coming from most of the students, Especially from the kid nearest her, Joshua, as well as some Brown haired kid in front of Joshua, then she saw the kid that asked about the blob and facepalmed, For such a high power, the kid wasn't smart. She looked at the teacher and giggled a bit, the teacher's power was dwarfed by even the weakest student here. She crossed her arms as her Wolf ears and tail disappeared and her eyes went back to normal...

Akira looked as the teacher showed of these creatures she called pokemon "I wounder if I would absorb them" he says sightly. He creates a pen from a ball of paper he hand he rolled up his sleeve slightly. Looking around he begins writing on his arm after each word written it vanishes then he writes again " this place has a lot of interesting beings to study.....we would like to see what they can all do". He stops writing for a moment as he noticed a girl's ears and tail vanish "interesting indeed" he returns to writing on his arm.

Alucard let out a little chuckle from within the darkness as Ms Sparks showed of her pokemon "I wonder when I will get to see what to see what they can do". He looked over the classroom while attempting to evaluate the students "they might be able to make things interesting.......that is if they can make it". He laughed again continuing to watch the students within the darkness .

"Meh, I've been here for 8 years," Nikki said to Joshua, starting to get annoyed at the constant badgering. She finished the picture and started to make the next one when her pencil broke. Really? she thought to herself, scowling at herself. The man in the picture wrote on the board again, saying What did I tell you about staying calm while drawing? "Shut up," she whispered to the man before taking out a small penknife and sharpening it. "But yeah, it doesn't matter what they teach anymore. I probably already know it, and even if I don't, I don't really care anymore. I only go to classes because the principal asks me to."

~Her mind flashed back to that moment so many years ago. She had just woken up in a hospital bed, a strange man hovering over him. She couldn't understand what was being said at all and she started to freak out, sweating. But this sweat was the blackest ink, staining everything. The nurses and doctors were frightened but the man took her in. He helped her understand the words of this world. She never could remember where she came from but she at least knew one thing. Her name 'Nikki'.~

Zeimaier looked at Joshua again, and upon a closer look revealed a Black-haired Girl to Joshua's right that he was speaking to, she was sketching, but had broke her pencil, She sighed as she wheeled over to the girl, she was not learning anything from this class anyway and was curious about said girl, She could feel a lot of magic coming from both her and the kid next to her, She stopped behind Joshua and waited a while for the two to take notice, hell, even the kid sitting in front of Joshua would do as a person to speak with... That is when Zeimaier got a very uneasy feeling, as if she could sense something is coming for her....

"Trick Room is more based on reflexes, I'd say, not intentionally fast. So, look... Jolteon, Quick Attack..."
The yellow beast whizzed around the room as though unaffected by the Trick Room.
"I suppose that is what you meant by intentionally fast. And... of course..." she heard what Alexander said, followed by Zameier. "The Ditto is indeed versatile. Few are gifted with such abilities..."

With that, Ditto looked at Ben from a corner, then shapeshifted into him. "Its Hero Time!" the Ditto spoke as it looked at the new watch on its wrist.

"Hey, my line!" Ben retaliated.

"Then again, I'm here to teach, not show off, so... moving on... Ditto, turn back..."
The purple blob did just that.
"So, we will first learn about accuracy and evasiveness. They are considered the most important mechanics in combat. If you don't have evasiveness, Defense is a must. Let us test this out. Volunteers?"

"Hey, Benjamin," Yellow spoke as he sat in front of Ben, "you give it a try."

Ben simply raised him hand. "I would."

"Very well. Step right up..." Ms Sparks said as Ben stood up onto the Battling Arena right in front of them. "That watch... what does it do?"

"You'll see..." Ben slammed down his watch. Transformation began. His body started to grow a thick, strong carapace. At the blink of an eye, he had transformed into a humanoid bivalve-thing. "WWWATER HAZARD!" the being spoke.

"Another volunteer to demonstrate this?"

Zeimaier raised her hand as she wheeled to the teacher, She said "I'll do it, and Don't think I'm some cripple" She wheeled herself into the battle Arena, She giggled as she looked around. She said "There isn't much space here... No matter..." She grabbed a rifle from the back of her wheelchair as her wolf features appeared again and her eyes changed once more, and her red aura appeared, She stood up and took aim, though off by a couple of degrees on purpose...

"Of course I don't, everyone's good in their own way. Just make sure you know... what you're doing. Now, lets see how you two fare in battling. Remember, accuracy, evasiveness and defense... do make this battle focus on those. Now, let the rumble begin!"
Ms Sparks didn't worry much about the wheelchair-bound student since she was... armed.

"OK... this isn't surprising. In fact, this totally rocks! I'm pretty sure we haven't covered Speed yet!" Water Hazard started to charge at the opponent. His red carapace started to shine as water started to form at the holes of his palms.
"A good example - thinking of where exactly to hit," Ms Sparks complimented.
Next, Water Hazard started to raise water into the air, then it slowly descended to the ground in the form of water whips, ready to whip both sides of Zeimaier's wheelchair.

"Seems like someone went overboard..." Yellow muttered to his sister.
"Don't underestimate a handicapped person. Have I told you about-"
"Yeah, yeah, I get it. She'll get through.

Zeimaier extended her hand towards the Charging alien, who had formed water whips aiming for her wheelchair, to which a large hexagram appeared in front of her, Completely blocking both water whips and Water Hazard from even striking her wheelchair, She fired her rifle several times, aiming left of the charging Alien, but the Bullets somehow curved sharply, aiming for various parts of Water Hazard's body, She shouted "You shouldn't even try, little one, but then again... Such a person like you would do such a thing... You're lucky there's not much room here..."

Joshua chuckled a little to himself at the thought of it. Eight years in the nexus, a dimension devoid of anything except muliversial travelers? Intriguing. He was fairly certain that he had chosen well when he selected a subject to speak with.

He spared the fighers up front barely a glance. One appeared to be some sort of fighter capable of changing his physical shape, even if the results seemed less dramatic than a Cantus Metamorphosis. Joshua had never really seen the point of changing his own shape, and had discarded his own Noise Form long ago; everything he needed to do, he could do in whatever shape he found fit to do so in.

Idly, he reached into his pocket and after examining it for a half moment, pressed a button. The Noise chattered as they fed on Nikki's negativity and noticed the quick flash of Soul Energy appear and disappear, taking a small and specific shape. The soul particles slammed into eachother in high speed, tearing through the Noise Dimensions and compressing as they passed through dozens of Vibe levels, vibrating more and more closely as they approached their destination.

There was a soundless explosion, a movement of energy that nobody but Joshua could possibly sense as the Soul Energy broke through the final degree barrier and settled to a complete stop. A small pencil fell into Joshua's hand, an identical copy of the one Nikki had been holding- except for the sharp and intact tip to it.

He held it towards her from one end noncommittally.
