I'm impressed, but I have 2 small (and hopefully constructive) criticisms: First: some wordings are off, ex: 'this card is treated as "Clockwork Gear" while in your graveyard', should be 'This card's name is treated as "Clockwork Gear" while it is in the Graveyard' (source: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/The_Lady_in_Wight) Second: Maybe clockwork gear and the simillar cards should return the the graveyard during your next End Phase ([i]If this card was banished, return this card to your graveyard during your next End Phase[/i]), thus it can't return twice in 1 End Phase to deter the potential of infinite loops? (I don't know of a loop yet, but it doesn't mean they aren't out there). Also you can use clockwork gear for another card's cost during the End Phase cost without making it 'free'. Overall Good Job! It is very potent with some good mill cards such as Glow-up Bulb, Ryko, Foolish, Charge of the Light Brigade and such, and it can even be said that it matches a Gusto Deck-Type because it needs "Clockwork" cards in the Graveyard for their effects. The Clockwork Recycle cards are pretty interesting especially with the way the "Steam" monsters revolve around them, in a sense like Koaki Meru but more effective. I don't think you should tinker with your "Clockwork" cards further since they're good as is. So far I see no "infinite loop" because all your monsters tend to resolve in the Main Phase and Battle Phase. The only problem I see with this set are the OCG errors which can be fixed up pretty easily. Also, please add the Lores to ALL you cards. It would make it easier to read.
