Fullmetal Alchemist: Meteor of Amestris [Started/Accepting Via OOC]

Anthony, a boy without memory of the past, sat in a comfy red chair in the officer's room. The other State alchemist's and the 'Head-Cheeze' of this building, or better yet, the highest ranking officer within 25 miles, were all meeting here. The carpet was red, the chairs were red, the walls were made from some kind of yellow marble and the large brown desk was some kind of deep brown wood that was well kept and smooth. There were only two windows. Both stood tall and wide on the wall space behind the large desk. Several red comfy chairs were aligned in two rows, each opposite from eachother. Anthony was the first person here. With a yawn, he waited.

"-And so we leave here today knowing that he lived a long life and he can now have his long awaited rest. In loving memory. Amen." The man said, closing a book he was holding. People began to walk away from the mound of dirt that they had been gathered around. Some were crying, others had not the slightest expression. Zac only stood there at the foot of the grave. "Long awaited rest, huh? I'd say dying was the last thing the guy was waiting for." He said, as it started to drizzle rain.

~[The Next Day - Current Day]~

"I'm sorry to hear about your father, General... Anyway, here are the papers." The woman said, handing the papers to Zac, as she walked away. He looked down at the paper, noticing "General Zachery Rile." towards the top. [color="#556B2F"]"The things I've done for that title."[/color] He said, setting the papers on his desk. He picked up the pocket watch from his desk and put it in his pocket as he walked out the door. [color="#556B2F"]"I've got the day off, so I'm headed to that meeting then I'm out of here for the day!"[/color] Zac exclaimed as he made his way down the hall, towards the Officer's Room. He was a high ranking General after all.

"Um miss..."

"Miss...Ms. Safira!"

Said woman jumped almost three feet in the air and shreiking in surprise from being yelled at so suddenly. The others in the room looked at her in annoyance before returning to the book they were reading. Safira looked up at the young librarian, "What on earth are you doing!?" She exclaimed in a hushed whisper. A hand was resting on her chest as she huffed from being surprised. "I-im sorry ma'am, but you were called to a meeting...I've been tryign to get your attention for the past 10 minutes." Safira looked at the uncomfortable girl for a while, then blushed in embarressment and stood up. "R-really? Well then, sorry for yelling and stuff. I can really get into a book ya know."

She laughed over dramatically causing some of the others in the library to shush her feriecly. "Anyway, I guess I'll be off now. Thanks for the heads up." She said before running off. Her black hair trailed behind her as she zipped around the corners dodging, and bumping into people. She would yell back an apology to which would be replied to with angry remarks. Safira would simply grin and wave as she continued running. She grinned as she got closer, "I'm almost there!" Though at the last second she saw Zac, one of the higher ranked generals. "Gahh!! General move!!" She didn't know whether she heard her or not but either way she had sailed right pass him and collided with the wall right next to the door she was heading for. "M-m-m-morn-ning G-general..." She mumbled giving a shakey salute while laying on the ground in a comical fashion.

As Jacob pushed back up his glasses to his eyes, he stared at the door that leads into meeting room and thought to him "I wonder whose gunna be in there? Is there gunna be lots of people, a few people, or will I am the first one here? Well whatever the case I don't wanna go in there looking like a idiot, but wait! What if I’m late and the meeting has already started without me? If I walk in now everyone will stare at me and think ill of me! No, all I have to do is pretend like I was held up by a crowd of people, yeah that'll work! But no, they'll notice I’m lying and-" Jacob stopped thinking, lifted up his hand, and put it on the handle of the door "Come on, I’ll just go in there and act all cool, that never fails!" Jacob opened the door slowly and saw only one person in the room "Good, only one person. Wait! What if the meeting is already over!? Crap! No, I’ll just ask him all casually." Jacob walked into the room and sat down one of the chairs across from the person, who looked about his age. Jacob opened his mouth and said "You here for the meeting too?"

Anthony waited in the room in boredum. He was around to change the materials of some of the rooms stuff around to different but simmiler material as a game and wonder if any of the Officers noticed when a different boy walked in. This boy was shorter than Anthony and his hair was fairly different as well. He appeared to be rushed so Anthony waited for him to sit down and talk to Anthony first before speaking. In a small moment, Anthony was worried about the boy's over-all health. Being so paniced isn't healthy at all. [color="#4169E1"][i]"You can call me Anthony. It's nice to meet you. Yes, I'm here for the meeting. We're both a bit early."[/i][/color]

[Kakashi Hatake]

"Huh?" He said, turning to the girl. [color="#556B2F"]"Good morning. 'You alright, Miss?"[/color] He said, giving the girl a salute. He had seen this girl around but doesn't know her directly. [color="#556B2F"]"Are you headed to the meeting, too? If so, then there's no need to run like that. It's still kinda early."[/color] He said, smiling. He was now at the door to the Officer's Romm and he reached to the door, grabbing the knob, and opening the door to come inside. When he looked in, he saw only Anthony and a lower ranking officer. [color="#556B2F"]"Good morning, you two. It shouldn't be long until the meeting starts, should it?"[/color] He said, looking to them.

"Anthony, huh? Funny, that’s actually my middle name." Jacob gave a quick smile he immediately started to think "Good, so I was early. That’s a relief.” Jacob looked at Anthony at pondered “He looks awfully familiar, have I seen him before? I know I’ll just ask him, but hold on he might think I’m just being nosy and think I like to butt into other people’s life. I know I’ll just start a conversation with him, although…yeah!” Jacob was hesitant to speak as he opened his mouth, he kept thinking of all the possibilities of what could happen and he need to say something but was afraid they might get off on the wrong foot that’s when he suddenly heard the door open and saw another taller boy around his age “Whew, good thing he showed up!” Jacob then replied to the boy as he look at him “Good Morning, I hope it starts soon, I hate waiting.”

Safira quickly righted herself and dusted her uniform off, while laughing nervously from embarressment. What a way to make a fool of yourself. "R-right. I actually am on my way to the meeting myself. I thought I was late so I figured I should run all the way here..." She mumbled scratching her head and looking away. She was glad he didn't seem to know her because him actually knowing her name would be even more embarressing. Safira took a deep breath and followed the General the rest of the way, entering the room a few seconds afte he did. There were two others in the room. She didn't know who they were though, but they looked to be young. Just like Zac was. Safira was always surprised when she saw young state alchemist but would always wonder if she would have been the same if her family was still around. She shook her head and made sure that her family's crest - which she had fashioned into a necklace - was hidden within her shirt, and therefore out of sight.

[color="#556B2F"]"By the way, I never caught your names."[/color] He said. [color="#556B2F"]"What is your name, officer?"[/color] He asked the young man standing in the room. He then turned to the woman he had just met in the hall. He would normally be thinking of the more pressing matters, like what he was going to do once he got out of there, but he had always had a weakness for a pretty face. He turned to her with one hand in his pocket and held out the other. [color="#556B2F"]"If I'm not mistaking, you already know that I'm General Rile, but please feel free to address me by my first name or title."[/color] He said with a smile.

Atamo comes into the officer in a black coat covering all the way up to his mouth and a hood covering his hair to the tip of his eye brows. On the back of him, a sword was overlapping his chest with a strap that would come from his right shoulder all the way over to his left hip. On the side of his left leg, his state alchemist watch was dangling. He brought his hand to his mouth and his other hand to his eye brow and took of his hood first to show his slowing hair and then he took off his mouth covering, showing his mouth. [color="#4169E1"]"Hello, Atamo Geniga here reporting for duty. What am I here to do?"[/color] Atamo said while walking his way towards the center of the office.

Jacob announced himself in a somewhat proud voice “[color="#FF0000"]My name is Jacob Anthony Williams, otherwise known as The Aquarius Alchemist. What are your guys’ names?[/color]” After he finished talking he saw the black coat figure enter the room, and lift down his hood and mouth covering to announce himself and ask something, Jacob thought about the question and realized he had completely forgotten "[color="#FF0000"]Well, actually, I don't even know myself.[/color]" Jacob said with a nervous chuckle. He hoped that someone knew what they were to do there.

Safira was a little caught off guard when Zac turned back to her and held out his hand and asked for her name. She gulped and mentally prepared herself for the anger and dislike that always came with people finding out her name. Safira grabbed his hand returning the handshake, "It's a pleasure to officially meet you General. My name is....Safira Cruze. Recently promoted Major." It was easy to tell she was tense after giving her name and retrieved her hand quickly to save him the trouble from snatching it back from revulsion. She rubbed her hands together in nervousness, and before she could stop herself she blurted out, "Do you know if you put grapes in the microwave they'll explode!" She blinked and hit herself over the head. What a stupid thing to say...

[color="#556B2F"]"Safira Cruze? I have a feeling I've heard that name, before, but anyway, It's a pleasure to meet you.[/color]" He said. He turned to Jacob and said, [color="#556B2F"]"So you're the Aquarius Alchemist? It's an honor."[/color] He then turned to the more mysterious man that just entered the room. [color="#556B2F"]"Atamo Geniga, huh? That's a... unique name."[/color] he said laughing. To tell the truth, Zac didn't even have an idea of why this meeting was called. He walked over and took a seat in one of the chairs lined up in front of Anthony. As he took a seat, he noticed that the chair leg was broken so he reached down and put his hand on it. In an instant of light, the chairs leg was lengthened to match the other three, but was a little thinner. [color="#556B2F"]"That's better!"[/color] He said, leaning back in the chair.

[color="#4169E1"]Is that so? My name would be considered unique?"[/color] Atamo replied while laughing a little bit as he thought more about it, [color="#4169E1"]"Well, if it is, call me the Blue Creation Alchemist!"[/color]He then took off his sword the laid over his shoulder, holding it the the scabbard and then took a seat on the nearest chair closest to him. He kept his hands on the sword while sitting, trying not to let anyone get there hands on it. [color="#4169E1"]"So how did each of you get your Alchemist Titles and what type of alchemy are you strongest in? I thought it would be great to know, since we are dogs of the military!"[/color] Atamo asked in a joking manor trying to figure out if he should tell about his title or not, when it is quite a disturbing story.

Safira sighed in reliefe that he hadn't recognized her name like she thought he would. She knew she wouldn't be so lucky if he or anyone was to see her family's crest. Even so, until that happened she would just have to prove in the window given to her, that she was worthy of being trusted. [i]'Well, as long as Sena doesn't make any surprise visits.'[/i] She thought to herself. She came back to reality as the one called Atamo started talking. Asking what their Alchemist title and what type of alchemy they were stongest in. "Well, I myself specilize in making weapons with my alchemy. Though I try not to limit myself with simply making firearms. I was given the title 'Firearms Alchemist'. Due to the catalyst I use to create my alchemy and the fact that I use to unique circles, I am also able to create flames, which I use in conjuction with my weapon alchemy." She explained sitting down in one of the chairs and fingering her crest through her shirt.

[color="#556B2F"]"Because we're dogs of the military, huh?"[/color] Zac said, leaning up in his chair.[color="#556B2F"] "Well, I got my title from my alchemy style and my will to fight! As for my Alchemy, I specialize in Defensive and Weaponry alchemy, mostly material utilization, but I have a lot of tricks that I'm not going to reveal so soon!"[/color] He said with a prideful smirk. [color="#556B2F"]"I've also got a good amount of skill in Bio Alchemy, but I rarely use that." [/color]Zac had learned Bio Alchemy early on during his time as a military man. It has given him many unique abilities by combining the different skills.

Jacob started to think about how he got his Title. He said out loud after Zac had finished “Well I was the title of The Aquarius Alchemist mainly because of my water and ice alchemy. I can melt it, freeze it, shape it, and everything else you can think of.” Jacob was about to reach behind him and get out his water bottle to demonstrate but he suddenly thought to himself “Wait, if I do this I’ll look like I’m showing off and trying to be all cool! Then they’ll think I’m all that and really cocky! No, that other guy used alchemy to fix chair so he used alchemy first which means that if I do it I won’t be showing off, Yeah!” Jacob pulled out a 2 inch thick , flask of water. He then said “Watch, I’ll demonstrate.” he said as he un-screwed the cap, put it into his mouth , poured some water into both hands, and cupped them together, then ring of his left hand glew a bright blue color. He took apart his hands and revealed a small ice shaped lotus flower. “Here you can have this.” He said as he approached Safira and extended his arm out attempting to give it to her.

[color="#4169E1"]"Stop being so scared of what we think of you."[/color] Atamo said while crossing his arms across his chest and laughing at the fact that Jacob hesitated just before demonstrating. Then, he drew his sword from his scabbard, pointed it towards the ground and pushed it forward through the floor. The ground started to form around the flask of water that Jacob was using. Then he picked up his sword and shifted it back into the scabbard and held it tightly. [color="#4169E1"]"They call me the Blue Creation Alchemist because I can morph anything from form to color. My favorite color to morph things in is blue. I am kind of someone who works in all forms of Alchemy, but I lost my hands because of doing just that"[/color]

Anthony stood, his blue cloak was soft and a slightly brighter blue than military uniforms. The cloak tussled around the air. It was quite soft and assists with mobility, but it's also quite durable. Anthony's bold mature eyes seemed to been them kind of eyes that have seen more than they wanted to. His cloak was open, not like normal, and his white shirt was thin. His His fit body wasn't too hard to see as all his cloths were quite thin besides his cloak. [color="#4169E1"][i]My Name is Anthony Kilo. Adoptive son of the prestigious Kilo Family. But known to the military and all who've heard the rumors as the North wind Alchemist!"[/i][/color] Anthony spoke with his voice raised just slightly. His polite, and strong appearence came from the lessons his parents forced his to take. He looked at Safira with a little questioning look in his eyes, which was rare. [color="#4169E1"][i]"Cruze? That family name is quite popular, and not in a good way. I just hope it didn't give you too much trouble growing up."[/i][/color]

Safira took the ice shaped lotus with a kind smile, "Thank you Jacob. You have quite a talent." She said looking over the details of the flower he created. It looked just like a real one, of course not counting the fact that it was made of nothing by ice. Safira had a smile on her face as she examined it, but with was quickly whiped off when Anthony spoke. Safira tensed and looked at the young alchemist with guarded look on her face. However, seeing that there was no hostility and only a questioning look in his eyes she relaxed and looked down. "No....Not too much trouble...I suppose." She said as she thought about the rough childhood she had endured. With a slight shake of her head she returned to the present and smiled at Anthony while fingering the ice lotus she was given, "Well, the past is the past. No use crying about it." She hoped he took the hint and didn't say anything else about it.

"Talk about an ago stroke." Zac thought to himself. "Kilo, we are all here for a meeting, and now that we have the introductions out of the way, let's get down to business." He said, standing to salute even though Anthony was a lower ranking officer. "I'm really hoping that this is important, because I haven't made weekend plans." He said sarcastically. He had been friends with Anthony for a while now, and even though Zac acts flirtatious and mellowed when he has time off, when it is time to be serious, you wouldn't be able to tell he is ever sarcastic.

Atamo stabbed his sword into the ground at a fast pace when directly taking it out of the scabbard when pulling on the hilt of the sword with his right hand. The ground started to shape shift back into it's original state before Atamo stabbed his sword into the floor the first time. He then drew in back out of the floor and swiftly pulled it into the scabbard. Then he rested it upon his lap and crossed him arms again to take on the roll of being serious while he was in the officer's room. [color="#4169E1"]"What was the true purpose of us coming here? Do any of you know? I just got called."[/color] Atamo asked quietly with his face taking the form of a confused monkey while he sat down pondering the reason why he was here.

"I am just as confused as you all. I was reading a very interesting book on the different types, of plants and ferns that have been discovered so far. Very thrilling stuff I must say." Safira said itching to go back to the library to read even more books. "But whatever the reason for out gathering Im sure it is of good reason. I mean it must be important since they've called both Majors and high ranking Generals to one single meeting." She said. Safira hoped it didn't have anything to do with war. When it came to fight Safira wasn't very well...Sutible for the job. While Safira herself had proper skills....Well...She wasn't the one always in control during the fights. Most of the time it was Rei, but there are times when things go bad and not even Rei can handle it. Thats when Sena comes out.

The Door was opened by two men in grey military uniforms. These two men are the personal guards that were hand-selected by Fuhrer King Michel, the top of the military, to be his Guards. The First man opened the door as the other stepped in, followed by a young man with long blue hair and silvery eyes. This young man was Fuhrer king Michel, he always carries two sheathed blades on both sides of him. The Weapon sheathed on his left hip was weilded in his right hand, it is wide short-sword. The Weapon in his right sheath that he wields in his left hand, is a fairly long and thin Daito, his favorite sword. Michel's face was always clear and he wore an easy smile at all times. Even if he didn't wear his fairly altered black uniform, but wore civilian clothing, he'd still appear to be some kind of royalty and would never fit in with commen people. He walked percise steps on his way behind the large brown wood desk. The Man at the door closed it and stood at one side of the desk as the other took the same position. Michel stood with his hands linked behind his back, his smile could prevent even the worst children from crying. His eyes would strike fear into even the strongest man if Michel wasn't constantly trying to be nice and appear happy.

Zac was surprised by the arrival of the Fuhrer. [color="#9ACD32"]"When I said I hope this is important, I didn't mean Fuhrer kind of important.."[/color] He thought to himself. The Fuhrer was a great man. He was the one to personally be there to promote Zac to the rank of General. He leaned straight up in his chair out of respect. [color="#9ACD32"]"Well, Atamo, I think you are about to get your answer."[/color] Zac whispered to him, smiling. He stood from his chair and walked to the back of the room, behind everyone else. Although he respected the Fuhrer, he never did like him very much.
