Zeaux
I don't post a card here since last year, I think. So, I just picked up a old card I had and modified it. Simple, because I am lacking of creativity right now.
CDDRodrigo
It's actually a pretty useful card. Looks like a walking Ultimate Offering. Dunno if it's overpowered, but I like it anyway. 8/

BFG Studios
Once per turn: You can Normal Summon a second monster during the same turn; pay Life Points equal to the monster you want to Normal Summon x 300. I think this is a very unique effect... pretty balanced, and i even think paying 300 is much... maybe 200, but thats just a suggestion... 8/
OmegaWave
(OCG Fix) Once per turn: You can Normal Summon another monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set by paying 300 life points times the level of the monster. Welcome back, old friend. Your extreme rust is showing. (Review) OCG: 1/4 Picture: 3/4 Balance: 0/4 Total (# out of 12 / 3): 1.33 = D (Rant) To be completely frank, this card is garbage. It is outclassed by Ultimate Offering in every possible way. Example, why would you pay 1200LP to summon a Level 4 ONCE PER TURN when you can pay 500 constantly and summon any leveled monsters? The OCG was terrible. I know it's be awhile, but still. The picture is what saved this card from an F. It's a nice picture. Fits the name and typing. As mentioned above, the effect is awful, stats don't compensate for it at all. I wouldn't even consider using this as toilet paper. I'm sorry for being so blunt, but if you wanna come back into card making, this is not the way to do it.
lvl1hero
wow... what a card... and its not too strong either... meaning on average this card would probably only last like 1-2 turns (depending on the opponent)... making its usefulness more than enough... ... but i do agree with [member='BFG Studios']... 300 Life Points is a bit much... but then 200 sounds a bit too low (lv4 monster = 800 Life Points only o_O) ... very reasonable and balanced card effect... Overall Rating: 4.5/5 ... by the way... Ultimate Offering can be used by your opponent... which makes this card at least reasonable... ... least you're not making OP cards... -gives a thumbs up-
Chain
@Lvl1hero You sure like ellipsis The card is out-classed by many other cards, partly cause of the LP reduction and the weak stats (unless its syn xyz food or something idk). Your OCG is off, and the pics awesome. Make it like 200 and it'll be better.
Varionius
Very nice card and useful card but if you summon something strong using its effect, overpowered. 8/
Phantasy Dreamz
Summoner Monk + This = Oh yeah.. Can be abusive.. Though, nice.
MibeR
Absolutely raise the DEF is needed. What about 1900-2000 DEF? Walking Ulti Offer seems good. But in balanced way,
Zeaux
@Omega: Sorry, I'm pretty rusted. But I'll do better next time. Thanks to you all peoples.
ragnarok1945
been a LONG time, Zeaux it's not a bad card, but overall it's just a monster form of Ultimate Offering, which isn't all THAT creative so you only get 8.2/10 from me
Big Lez
Even if Omega's Rating was a complete destruction..I still think this card has potential.. 2 Things i'd change Reduce the cost to 100 x Level for you + Allow your opponent to do the same BUT for the costs of 200 x Level This makes it cheap for you..you'll have the advantage..since it's cheap to Normal Summon another monster ...but your opponent will also be allowed to do so..but pay more... Kinda balanced i'd say...^^
Zeaux
Thanks, Rag. @Dr.: Maybe just raise the cost to 200? Making him using this card too could be a problem. D:

ragnarok1945
100? That's WAY too cheap for anyone then what number would you recommend?
Big Lez
100? That's WAY too cheap for anyone then what number would you recommend?
It's not..you allow your opponent to do the same..and to Summon a Strong Monster you gotta Pay enough ^^
ragnarok1945
which again brings back the Q: what number do YOU have in mind?
lvl1hero
... i dont [member='Zeaux'] ever intended on letting his opponent use this effect... ... if its any change he's asking for... it doubt its to change the effect... ... but after some thinking... i guess 200 Life Points sounds reasonable... shoot... 150 (odd number) doesn't sound that bad... o_O ... but yes 100 Life Points per lv is quite cheap...
