Lonk
When a monster is Special Summoned by an effect of an "Evoldo" monster, your opponent cannot activate the effect of Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster Cards. So does Fate of Evolution stop card effects in response to the Summon of a monster Special Summoned by an Evoldo monster or does it go until the End Phase? This Account is Unplayable
I'd assume it's the same as Eagle Eye and Creeping Doom Manta, in the sense that because it doesn't specify a phase to end that it only applies for the moment its summoned, so cards like Bottomless can't be used. Aesirson
With that wording it goes on forever, I think. It will most likely end up as either "untill the End Phase" or "in response to that monster's summon".

Lonk
Ah. I thought it lasted until End Phase. It's useless to me now outside of side-decking.
CDDRodrigo
It's a bad card. Not even Side-Deck Material.
Great Unclean One: VK
I swear, I thought this card would have something to do with you know, tributing a monster in order to get a better one...... Seems bad.
Zauls
I'm about to sound like a noob aren't I :/ Unless I'm missing something (which I probably am since I've never heard of this archetype), this card is a 1 card lockdown with an easy requirement. What's bad about it? Explain please, I'm confused.

But the rest of the turn is free.

It also means your opponent wont have an opportunity to activate anything, so after your Special Summon, you'll still have priority to do activate something else.
I blame Konami for unclear text.
Its not unclear text. It says "When the monster is Special Summoned". That's a pretty specific timing. Its not the same as "During the turn a monster was Special Summoned by the effect of an Evoldo monster".
Wrathos
An interesting side effect of these cards is that they give you a window to activate any spell speed 2 card without fear of negation.
Hmm. That is correct. It does say "Your opponent". Therefore, you'll be able to activate cards to your monster's summon, but your opponent wont be able to respond at that timing. Interesting.

Aesirson
A funny thing is that Fate of Evolution makes the Evoldo monster immune to both Solemn cards. It was like Konami went: "Evolution > Creationism, b****s!"
