so how do i get the cards????

It would actually be a living hell. Think of all the noobs who would print cards like "when you play this u win and you can have infinite amounts of this card". Fairly horrendous. And, if you just want to use these in casual play with your friends, if they agree, you could probably just print a few out, tape them to some bad cards you have, and throw a deck together with them.

Not just that.
Imagine noobs printing out rare cards that people spend time trying to get.

You can't get these cards in real life. Konami doesn't let everyday people make cards.
