[spoiler=Original Powers (Active)]
Weapon Spawn-Desu is able to spawn any weapon he can think of. He’s also able to spawn ammo for said weapon but he’ll still need to reload. He can’t spawn the ammo into the weapon but can spawn the weapon with the ammo in it. Spawning too much though can give him a headache and tire him so he doesn’t abuse it.
Storm Flame-As the Vongola Storm Guardian he wears the Vongola Storm ring which allows him to cover his weapons in its flames and increase the weapons power. Anything other than Desu or his weapons that come into contact with his flames will slowly disintegrate.

Badass-He has strength and speed beyond that of an normal human even though apparently is one.
Bullet immunity-Bullets have absolutely no effect on him. It’s an ability he gained during the year he was away from YCM City.
Weapon Master-Can effectively use any weapon.
Ranger-When using revolvers his abilities are increased even more but mostly ones involving using his revolvers in combat.

How you obtained Zodiac Heart: It was part of his pay after completing a job. The person he had to kill was using it for evil purposes. Since the man seemed to use it to become so powerful his employer let Desu keep it so that it was in better hands but mostly so that field data on it can be gathered more easily.
Bio: Desu, like most of its residents, was born in YCM City. He left YCM City during the RP Feud. He was still weak and knew that he wouldn’t be able to do anything. He traveled around the internet for two years. He traveled across many of its lands and learned even more skills from the lands and their greatest warriors. Eventually his own journey brought him back to YCM City where he started working as a mercenary. Although he tends works for the highest bidder he has morals of his own and has been known to act on his own. He only agreed to joining the Zodiac Clan because there was a paycheck involved.
[spoiler=Zodiac Burst Levels]
1) Weapon Designer-The weapons he spawns can become more elaborate and well designed. Basically they become more powerful, lighter, and more durable.
2) Engineer-He can now spawn a wider variety of things. Not just weapons. Something as simple to a flashlight to something as advanced as an auto-turret can now be spawned.
3) Homerun Hitter-When this Burst Level is activated the Desu’s baseball bat will emit a powerful shockwave when it comes into contact with something other than Desu himself.
4) F5-He can cover his whole body in storm flames that will automatically infuse his weapons and attacks with storm flames.
5) Silent Swordsman-In this Burst Level he’s only able to use his bat in its sword mode. His sword grows a foot longer and can now nullify magic that comes into contact with it. His sword will have a faint white aura.
6) 6-Shot-His two revolvers combine to make a larger and more powerful revolver that still manages to keep the weight and recoil of just one of the revolvers which allows him to use another weapon as well. It starts out with six bullets but once he’s out of ammo the gun will split back into the two.
7) Perfect Storm-Any storm flames he uses become pure storm flames which mean they’re incredibly powerful.
8 ) Gunslinger-He’s able to spawn bullets directly into the chamber of his revolvers.
9) Cloud Envy-When this Burst is activated anybody a meter from him suddenly becomes extremely drowsy.
10) Troll-A sort of berserk mode for Desu. His teeth are sharpened but that’s the smallest of his changes. His skin turns green and his hair orange. He also gains incredible strength. In this form he only uses his baseball bat that actually changes form as well. It will become larger and gain spikes everywhere on it except the handle. If he is extremely angry when he uses the zodiac heart this form might activate on its own.
11) Limitless-His weapon spawning becomes unlimited and will not cause any sort of strain on his body.
12) Desperado-His form changes to that of a DFO Desperado (just Google it) and for each enemy he’s facing when he activates this ability all his stats are increased by 10%.
13) Finale Shot-Desu will spawn a large futuristic looking cannon that fires an even larger than the cannon itself powerful blue lazer. It has a maximum of one shot.

Weaknesses: Girls, specifically cute girls. Any concentration he needs for spawning can be taken away easily by a cute girl. Other reasons are that he gets nosebleeds easily, hugs from them cause a horrible burning sensation in the touched area, and he just doesn't like to fight them. He will fight them if he really has to but he’ll be even less serious than he normally is.
Resistances: Guns/Bullets
Weapons of choice: His baseball bat that can transform into a sword and his twin revolvers. Please note: These weapons have not been spawned. He always keeps them with him. He also wears a Vongola Storm ring on his left ring finger.

Original Powers:
Blueprint: He has the ability to create a blueprint or plan to most any type of machine or weapon for his alchemy in a matter of seconds.
Alchemy: It's basically the same as from Fullmetal Alchemist. He can take a metal wall and make a sword from it, or whatever he needs. Only without the circles. xD

Bio:
When Kakashi first arrived, he happily spent most of his time in Realistic and Pop Culture Cards Area but quickly lost interest. He then saw the art and skill shown in the Graphic Design Area, so he practiced for a few years. He gained pretty good skill in the Graphic Design, so he looked looked to the great Techi-Senpai for guidance into the ways of Role Playing. He quickly caught onto it and has spent a lot of his time in the RP Area, going back to the Graphics Area every now and then.

[spoiler=Zodiac Burst Levels]

1} Overpower: His physical strength, speed, and stamina drastically increases.

2} Deforme: He can melt, explode, or reform anything he touches into
something less threatening.

3} Recount: He can double the amount of material he has around him to create whatever.

4} 3D: He can materialize anything he needs instead of having to create the blueprint.

5} Hailstrom: He can move and metal, wood, or earth material around him without touching it.

6} Black Out: He can destroy anything around him that creates light or heat.

7} Night Person: The darker it is around him, the stronger his alchemy becomes.

8} Reinforcement: He is able to use weaker materials around him and reinforce it with any other material.

9} Ace in the Hole: His movements become doubled, meaning his speed increases allowing him to create alchemy without his opponent noticing, and he can also make his opponent think that he is doing the opposite of what he is actually doing. (Like going left when he is actually going right.)

10} Heavy Artillery: His alchemy is drastically increased, allowing him to create larger, deadlier, more useful tools.

11} Human Shield: Most limb breaking or other wise deadly attacks are decreased in power upon contact with his body, also slowing the enemy down for a few seconds for an opening.

12} Make it Rain: He can use his alchemy to manipulate the minerals in the human body to control the enemy.

13} Overkill: This is like an awakening type power. A white strip appears across his face, and his eyes turn completely white. He gains extreme speed, super strength, and inhuman stamina. His alchemy is increased to the extent that he can manipulate the molecules of most anything he touches except people. He can use this ability to make metal much harder, earth much softer, or even turn air friction into fire, or water into ice.

Weaknesses: Cute Girls. He absolutely refuses to fight them. He'll even take the blows if he has to. Hot Places. If the area is too hot, it makes him slow and sleepy.
Resistances: Large Physical Blows. Stuff like punches don't effect him but bullets, knives, etc. do.
Weapons of choice: Metal Knuckles/Blades, Swords, Most Guns.

Other: Not much.[/center]
