Great Unclean One: VK Posted July 10, 2011 Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 One of the most classic and awesome mech series ever. For those who are too new or young to know about Getter Robo... Imagine Gurren Lagann if instead it was 3 jets each piloted by a Kamina that combines into 3 different forms of the same mech. 1 form for flight combat, 1 for ground/underground combat, and 1 for underwater combat. It also has freakin drills. Heck, THIS WAS THE SERIES THAT INSPIRED GURREN LAGANN. That and Ryoma is far more Gar then Kamina.... But by far, the most awesome mech in this series is the freakin Getter Emperor. It's basically Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, but grows continously killing everything in it's way. Even to the point of busting out of this universe and destroying others. That and it summons every single Getter Robo to it's side and make those transform into more Getter Emperors. I was thinking of watching first Shin Getter first and then the older series, but i still need to finish "Aim for the Top, Gunbuster" and Dangaioh. P.S.
