Once per turn, by removing from play a Dragon Type Monster on your side of the field, you can destroy 1 card on the field. If "Volcanic Field" is on the field, once per turn, you can discard one card to Special Summon one monster that was banished by the effect of a "Dragon of Flame" monster. The only thing I would say is that every one of the card effects rely's on one Spell card and that is why if you had it in a deck it might not be able to be an effective set.
