OCG and where can I find it

Seroulsy, the full fledged version of the new OCG is what I am looking for. I read part of it in the RC and I do not intend to want to use that as it only explains 4 things, but where are the coming up with the semi colon versions and it having it make more sense, why I am fluttered....I've had help with OCG but its all the New OCG, and most of what the new OCG I'm seeing has semi colons = ; or other differences that I did not see in the RC's New Ocg thing.... or the link they give you....

@Lawlet: Yea, but I bet its in the only one in RC and doesn't explain anything about semi colons and comma's and how to word the sentences differently like I've seen people do. Seriously, its kinda hard to give correct OCG when you know nothing about the new OCG except the stuff Icy gave to us, so when people use other new OCG that I can't find in the thread, I'm usually confused.

Well, I'll go find out in the Konami Grammar Thread Icy has to see what's going on and see if he knows where to find more....So, whoever wishes, please lock this....

Select becomes Target. Removed from play becomes Banished. RFP Zone becomes Banished Zone. I may have missed something.

There isn't really that much difference to it once you get used to it.

Okay, so how would I word this better?

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Black Luster Soldier or 1 Red Dragon Archfiend you control. Once per turn: Discard 1 card from your hand; during each of your opponents turns, you can Normal Summon or Set 1 extra monster that has the same level or lower as 1 monster your opponent controls.

Forgot to mention for summoning it becomes just "Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set". (Or "Cannot be Special Summoned").

I'm not either and that's kind of why I posted this topic, but thank you for your help so far....

But I want to keep using "cannot except" so they cannot use other cards pretty much except the ones I listed.
