[/quote] Even if you boil it down to it's most basic roots it's still a broken card. Release something like this back when the game first started and you would easily have one of the most powerful cards around. Can you imagine Monarchs with this? The mana system creates a totally different game play experience then what it's like to play Yugioh. Anyway, to stay on topic: Does anyone else what to screw around with a Monarch deck that abuses Tengu cause I REALLY do atm. I need to get WC 2011.
