(RQ) I need a Banner

Hi, i need a banner for an RP.
Name: The Twelve Gems
Picture: Here is what I want: 13 diamond-like gems (Like the Gems in Pokemon). The others I don't care what order they are in, but I want a gold one at the front. Theother colors are: Black, Yellow, Blue, White, Brown, Orange, Red, Green, Bright Purple, Dark Purple, and could you make like a tempest one, like a weather one. I waould like them to form a V shape, put from the front. Across the front, I would Like Large, Blue text that Reads:
