I made a working Connect 4.
It would work well in multiplayer.
But I couldn't get the AI to work, so you could only play with another person.

Sand and gravel with a lever to drop them all?

Wondering, is there a T-flip flop that's compact and DOESN'T use pistons? I've been curious for a while now.

All readstone really is, is just learning the logic gates and making them into more complex machines. OR gates are just 2 power sources connected to a redstone wire. NOT gates are just redstone going to a block with a torch on it connected to more redstone. Then you figure out the AND gate, which only works when both are turned on, or in a sense is just 2 NOT gates connected together at the end like an OR gate. Then you learn NOR gate which is an OR gate with a NOT gate at the end.

It's just building on Logic Gates, then you learn timing and direction.

That's how it originally was.
But the most compact version is with pistons.

I actually don't know how redstone can be hidden so well. I hope they make vertical redstone (the real version) and make blocks stack on top of redstone wire, and it won't disappear..

You know you can also hide it by placing the button/switch over a sticky piston so it will push the block attached right above a redstone torch and transfer power to wire adjacent to the block.

Oh really? I never thought of that..

Yea. It works too. I'll give a quick side view ASCII:
X=Not important.
S=Switch/Button.
B=Block.
P=Poston
A=Air
R=Restone
T=Redstone Torch

SBX
XPX
XBX
RAR
BTB

Redstone can go any way around the torch so long as it's 1 block higher so it won't receive power while the piston is retracted.

Also note it's a vertical side view, so the switch and block are 1 block above the piston, etc.

Now I've been messing with Tekkit (Technic Pack). Right now, I've messed with Quaries in BuildCraft, Solar and Nuclear energy in IndustrialCraft, and Lua in ComputerCraft. I can't tell you how much fun I'm having:
