[Finished]Plasma Contest

Here is the contest: Make a card with "Plasma" in its name! This is very non-specific, but try to do your best.

Entry Fee: Free for first 10 people, 5 points for everyone else.

Rules:
#1: The Card must have Plasma in its name.
#2: The Card must have no OCG errors.
#3: You cannot get someone to do the artwork for you.

Deadline: July 10th

Okay. I'll enter.
Edit: Here's my entry:

Lore: When this card is sent to the Graveyard you may remove it from play. When this card is removed from play, place all cards in both players Extra Decks in the removed from play zone. Those cards cannot be removed from the removed from play zone as long as this card is removed from play. As long as this card is removed from play, place all monsters that are sent to the Graveyard in their owner's Extra Deck. Each turn shuffle both player's Extra Decks and pick up the top card from each player's Extra Deck. Special Summon those two cards in face-up Attack Position. Those two monsters cannot be destroyed by battle this turn and their effects are negated. Conduct battle between those two monsters. At the End Phase return those two monsters to their owner's Deck. The Decks are then shuffled.

EDIT: Here it is. I ended up making it a part of my Star Trek set. I hope that doesn't matter.

Pay 2000 Life Points. Remove all monsters on the field from play. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase, both players can return 1 of their monsters that was removed from play by this effect to the field in face-up Defense Position. If a monster removed by this effect would be returned to the field by another card's effect, that monster is removed from the Duel. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated.

Here's my card

This card is Special Summoned from your hand when a Level 5 or higher "Plasma" Monster you control is destroyed. While this card is on the field, "Plasma" Monsters cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap Cards. When this card would be sent to the Graveyard by battle, you can Tribute 1 Level 4 or higher "Plasma" Monster to return this card to the top of your Deck instead.

This card can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. Each time a monster is Special Summoned place 1 Degree Counter on this card. When the 4th Degree Counter is placed on this card, destroy this card and inflict 3000 damage to the player that Special Summoned the monster at that time.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, if you control another face-up Spellcaster-Type monster, you can negate the effects of Spell Cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can banish 1 face-up Spellcaster-Type monster you control to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot declare an attack, and its effect is negated during the turn it is Special Summoned.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: Your opponent cannot activate any Trap Cards until the end of that turn. This card gets the following effects based on the 1 Attribute of its non-TUNER Synchro Material Monster's Attribute:
- WATER or FIRE: During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, they must pay 800 Life Points, OR send 1 card they controls to the Graveyard.
- WIND or EARTH: During each of your End Phases, you can pay 500 Life Points to send 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field to the Graveyard.
- DARK or LIGHT: When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return it to the bottom of its owner's Deck by paying 700 Life Points. [/i][/center]

[spoiler=Lore]1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Thunder-Type monsters
You can send "Thunder Dragon"(s) from your hand to the Graveyard as a Synchro Material Monster to Synchro Summon this card. If "Thunder Dragon" or Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" is used as a Synchro Material Monster to Synchro Summon this card, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Thunder-Type monster you control to banish 1 card on the field. When this card leaves the field, you can banish 7 Thunder-Type monster in your Graveyard to halve your opponent's Life Points.[/spoiler][/spoiler]
