Decks must have exactly 40 cards. 2.You can only have a max of 16 lands in your deck. 3. I'm/were going to enforce the standard/extandend format rule. Sense I'm in the tournament as well, it wouldn't be fair for you all to have you give me your deck lists so..............I'm going to go by the "your call" rule. Basically if you or your opponent see's a non-standard/extanded card in there deck, you can either call them on it or let it slide. I think thats a fair enough rule. 4.
