Decks must have exactly 40 cards. 2.You can only have a max of 16 lands in your deck. 3. I'm/were going to enforce the standard/extandend format rule. Sense I'm in the tournament as well, it wouldn't be fair you you all to have you give me your deck lists so..............I'm going to go by the "your call" rule. Basically if you or your opponent see's a non-standard/exstandend card in there deck, you can either call them on it or let it slide. I think thats a fair enough rule. 4. There will only be 2 rounds. the first will be 1 vs. 1 and the 2nd will be free for all. [/spoiler] Alright, so I guess we should vote now on what format the tourny will go by. Because mana colors in the card text are usually marked as the mana symbol.
