Reason for Shimmer Mry is because flash is an ability that makes things be used at Instant LV. speed. What this means is you'll be able to play your artifacts on your players turn, so and example would be you didn't play anything on your turn and it switches to your opponent, he goes to attack and bam you pull out Battlesphere or something else.
