Help, is this a glitch?

Ok so here's the problem:
Everytime i open up YCM, my "Profile" (the place where "the Profile" :My Settings" etc are) is iut with out pressing the down arrow, and it is right next to the sign out button.
Also when i post stuff (including signature), i cant see all the "Link" Picture" and others, so i cant post picture nor a link. So anyone knows what happend?

This has happened to me once. Shut off your computer and wait for a few hours and it should be fine. If this doesn't work, turn off your modem aswell.

It's been like this for a whole week, thats why i am asking, i've tryed modem, restart, and options, doesnt help.

Switch to Google Chrome or at least Internet Explorer. They work fine, for the most part.

(IE doesn't like spoilers and and Chrome is a pain to edit posts with.)
