May I have some OCG help?

I'm making this card for my Dissolver monsters as a support card. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to handle this OCG.

You can pay 500 Life Points to return this monster from the field to your hand. It is then treated as an Effect Monster with the following effect:

When this monster is Fusion Summoned from your Extra Deck, activate 1 of the following effects:
-Special Summon 4 Level 4 or lower Dissolver Monsters from your hand or Deck.
-Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Dissolver Monster from your hand.[/b][/i]

One of the effects is a simple ignition similar to a Gemini Monster's effect. The other is a choice, like that of "Dragon's Gunfire". Which of the effects should be listed first on the card, the "Gemini-like" one or the "choice" one?
