If you don't like it, sue me.
The requirements were to make a card to would turn the tables. I made "Hellish Demon LV 3". It's effect turns the tables. This is fair. How? Because other people created cards that used other cards from the deck and made it to round 2...which is exactly what I did..except the make it to round 2 part. The only difference was that I created the cards being used form the deck as well. In other words, you eliminated me because I went the extra mile. Cloister
@Lex - Technically, he did create 1 card. He made 3, yes, but that includes 1. I understand your point, and respect it. If all the cards he created MUST be used to win, I think you did the right thing, if not, he should get his points back.
Icy
Ugh... Just PM me before all this starts will you? You did not make a preexisting Archetype, you may have used "LV" monsters. But among them the "[name]" LV X is the Archetype not the LV (card rulings say otherwise but this is really really vague). Lexadin, refund his points. maximate
Okay, I'm using Dragons Deck for the 2[sub]nd[/sub] round Here's my entry & explanation:
Sub-End Dragon | Level: 6 DARK / Dragon / Effect ATK: ? | DEF: 0 If your opponent Special Summons an Effect Monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand and negate the Special Summon of that monster. This card's Level becomes the same as that monster's. If the negated summoning is a Synchro Summon: Your opponent select 1 Synchro Material Monster used for the Synchro Summon and Special Summon it to its owner's field. If the negated summoning is a Xyz Summon: Your opponent select 1 Xyz Material Monster used for the Xyz Summon and return it to its owner's hand. This card's original ATK and DEF are each equal to it's Level x 400. Note: It can negate any kind of Special Summon, since it is using "If" instead of using "When" Storm Bolt Dragon | Level: 7 LIGHT / Dragon / Effect ATK: 2500 | DEF: 2000 You can Tribute Dragon-Type monster(s) whose total Levels equal 8 or more to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. Once per either player's turn: Pay half your Life Points. Negate the effect of 1 face-up card on the field and destroy it. If you activate this effect, banish this card during the End Phase of that turn. Note: It's different from "Solemn Judgment" which has Spell Speed 3, this card has a Spell Speed 2. It's probably more like "Forbidden Chalice", however, it also affects both Spell & Trap cards, then negate & destroy it.

Now for the explanation: (Sorry for copying Cursed Reaction's style of explanation) - The Level 6 Dragon on my field can be any card, so let us use "Kaiser Glider" for an example. - "Storm Bolt Dragon" would be in the Graveyard. Draw Phase 1. Draw "Sub-End Dragon" Standby Phase Main Phase 1 2. Our opponent's activates "Synchro Material", and he used both "Formula Syncron" and "Kaiser Glider" as a Synchro Material Monsters to Synchro Summon (for example) "Stardust Dragon" 3. Use "Sub-End Dragon" effect to Special Summon him and negate the Synchro Summon of "Stardust Dragon". Then, our opponent would Special Summon his "Formula Synchron" to his field (or if foolish enough, our "Kaiser Glider" ). 4. After that, Tribute "Sub-End Dragon" (which is level 8 by now) and Special Summon "Storm Bolt Dragon" from the Graveyard. "Storm Bolt Dragon" attacks. If our opponent would activate "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow", activates "Storm Bolt Dragon" effect to negate & destroy it. 6."Storm Bolt Dragon" attacks "Formula Synchron" & inflict piercing Battle Damage to win the Duel (if "Formula Synchron" is in Defense Position). Win The Duel
@Lex: Well, at least I editted the pics by my self this time EDIT: -Storm Bolt Dragon first effect from "equal 7 or more" to "equal 8 or more" for balancing -Sub-End Dragon Level from 10 to 6 for balancing & also the lore -Cards explanations

If this card is Special Summoned in this way, banish it when it leaves the field. This card cannot be Tributed except for a Tribute Summon.

Useful for Monarchs anyways. No Formula means Formula's effect resolves without...effect. In the hand:

Activate only during the End Phase while your Life Points are 2000 or less. Your opponent selects a monster you control of Level 5 or above. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to its DEF and give control of that monster to your opponent.

This would be fatal unless you killed your opponent at that very moment. Luckily, 1000 is enough. I look forward to your judgments.
