Ceremonial Mirror is used to Summon a Gishki Ritual Monster with Tributes whose Levels are equal to the Level of the monster. Also, if it's in the Graveyard, you can shuffle it into the Deck to retrieve 1 Gishki Ritual Monster from your Graveyard. Forbidden Arts is also used to Summon a Gishki Ritual Monster, but the Tributes can come from either side of the field. However, the Ritual Monster's ATK is halved and you can't attack in the same turn you use it.
Here's what you do with Ikthyos: Tribute Summon it and activate its effect. Mill Ceremonial Mirror and a Level 6 Ritual Monster as cost to grab Forbidden Arts. Shuffle Ceremonial Mirror into the Deck to retrieve the Ritual Monster. Activate Forbidden Arts with Goyo as Tribute. Wait until next turn, then use the same strategy, but grab Ceremonial Mirror instead of Forbidden Arts. Tribute the first Ritual Monster to Ritual Summon Evigishki Tetrogre. Shuffle Ceremonial Mirror back into the Deck to recover the first Ritual Monster. Kill Stardust.
Accepted. The card, however, needs to be able to take care of those 2 monsters, in 1 turn. .Rai
Nearly forgot about this Basically, use Evoldar Cerato + another Evoldar on the field as its Xyz Materials. Detach 1 Xyz Material for its first effect to Special Summon Evoldar Cerato. Now, Evolkaiser Kago will have 2600 ATK (itself and Cerato on the field). Enter the Battle Phase and destroy Stardust Dragon. Detach the last Xyz Material for its second effect to increase the ATK of Cerato by 1000 (2900 ATK). Use Cerato to destroy Goyo Guardian. 2 Level 4 Dinosaur-Type monsters This card gains 300 ATK for each “Evol” monster you control. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon the detached Xyz Material to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Increase the ATK of 1 monster you control by 1000 ATK. Any Battle Damage inflicted by that monster becomes 0.

Guess I shouldn't have painted the line. Wait...
use Evoldar Cerato

Good enough
We can assume monsters on the field? Well. That changes things a bit. Here's revised strategy.
1) Flip Gishki Erial/Gishki Marker/Gishki Abyss/Senju of the Thousand Hands/Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands. Grab any Gishki. Follow the same process as before, but mill Evigishki Soul Ogre instead of a Level 6 Monster. Retrieve it. Activate Forbidden Arts with Stardust as Tribute. Summon Soul Ogre. Use its effect to bounce Goyo. Nap. 2) Flip Sonic Bird/Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands. Grab Advanced Ritual Art. Summon this card. Mill Evigishki Soul Ogre and Ceremonial Mirror to grab whatever. Retrieve Soul Ogre. Use Advanced Ritual Art to bring out Soul Ogre. Suicide against Goyo and Stardust. Snooze.
Will that do?

Cloister
You can discard this card if your opponent controls 2 or more Synchro Monsters and you control at least 1 "HERO" monster: Pay Life Points until you have 1 Life Point left and select 1 of them; Gain control of the selected monster until the End Phase of this turn. As long as this card is in the Graveyard: All monsters in Defense Position are switched to Attack Position except "HERO" monsters. Probably too simple. Take control of their Goyo. Attack Stardust with it, it's then destroyed by battle. And last bu not least, use your 2 "HERO"s and Stardust to finish.
Lexadin
You understood the objective wrong. It's not that you should win (well that's always possible), but to take out both Synchros. And seeing as Goyo never got beaten, I can't accept this entry.
Cloister
You stated "which can turn the table around." in the first post. It never said "make a card that makes it able to destroy both of the Synchros." So if I may fix the card, or enter with a whole new one, I should make it able to make you destroy the Synchros? Lexadin
Well if you make it so that Goyo doesn't return to your opponent during the end, it should be fine aswell. I gues.Next time I'll specificly tell what I want to avoid confusion.

Cloister
You can discard this card if your opponent controls 2 or more Synchro Monsters and you control at least 1 "HERO" monster: Pay Life Points until you have 1 Life Point left: Reduce the ATK of all Synchro Monsters your opponent controls equal to the amount of Life Points you paid. If any Synchro Monster's ATK reaches 0 due to this effect: Send it back to your opponent's Extra Deck. Only 1 monster you control can attack this turn.
If you want an explanation; it's pretty obvious how it works. Just have a pretty strong Fusion or something on the field and nuke opponent. ◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
EDIT:
"You can send 2 face-up "Machina" monsters you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card battles an opponent's monster, this card gains ATK equal to the number of "Machina" monsters in your Graveyard x100. This card can attack a number of times equal to the amount of Level 4 "Machina" monsters in your Graveyard. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card is removed from the field, if you have 1 or more "Machina" monsters in your Graveyard, banish this card."

If you can't already tell, this card is typically self-explanatory. Here are the specs: ATK: 2600 Effect: Basically, it is an auto-2800 ATK monster. Like its comrades, Machina Fortress and Machina Cannon, it is very powerful, yet has its requirements of course. This one simply uses the cards which fall on the field. Since it states "battles" it hits 2800 ATK even if it is attacked. Stardust Dragon has 2500 ATK, so even without the boost, this card can destroy Stardust Dragon. If you were to place Machina Fortress on the field, he has 2500 ATK, and a "destroy a card after this card is destroyed as a result of battle" effect. Since he can destroy 2 monsters by attacking Stardust Dragon, I decided to give a monster whose ATK increase could turn the Duel. And, since Goyo Guardian has 2800 ATK, if both of them were destroyed in battle, he could not take Machina Tank to his side of the field. So, just attack the second time and destroy both of their Synchros.

You can pick up cards from your Deck until you have 10 cards remaining in your Deck. Send all cards that you picked up to the Graveyard, then increase the ATK of all face-up "Axmoton" monsters you control by an amount equal to the number of cards sent to the Graveyard x100 until the End Phase of this turn.
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by returning 2 "Machina" or "Gadget" monsters from your side of the field to your Deck. As long as this card is on the field: Synchro Monsters lose ATK equal to their Level x 100. Once per duel: You can pay 1000 Life Points; While this effect is applied, during your turn, this card can attack all Synchro Monsters your opponent controls once each. When this card is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Machina" or "Gadget" monster from your Deck.
Basically, it has a Burden of the Mighty effect mixed with an Asura Priest effect.
