Teach uses Liberation to regurgitate the swallowed remains of Banaro town. Liberation (解放（リベレイション） Kaihō [Ribereishon]?): Used following Black Hole. Blackbeard expels all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness has swallowed up at once. This is especially good at demonstrating his power. This was first seen being demonstrated before Ace.[4] Though it is unseen as of yet in the anime, Teach foreshadowed this attack can possibly be used to launch cannon balls and swords like projectiles. Kurouzu (闇水 Kurouzu?, kanji read as "Dark Water"; phonetically read as "Black Spiral"): Extending one arm towards his opponent, Blackbeard activates the gravity power of his darkness to pull them into his grasp. Blackbeard can then attack them with his massive strength. Out of combat, he is calm and logical but never shy's away from insulting those he sees inferior, and he sees a lot of people as inferior. While he may be logical and calm he's actions a lot of the time don't reflect that by being rude and anti-social. When in combat he removes his sunglasses revealing a demented look, he changes from calm to energetic and quick to act demon of war. After a long fight sometimes it may take longer for him to revert so he may be in that state for prolonged periods. He also tends to smoke but is trying to quit. Appearance: Dutch is tanned skin and very muscular, just short of a club bouncer. He's physical strength is apparent in his fights to gain the upper hand with both speed and power. He has short brown hair and dark matching eyes. He has a rough face almost that of a veteran soldier. Wears usually blue jeans or combat leg ware with a white t-shirts covered with a unzipped black thick vest for fights as well as a pair of sunglasses. Bio: Dutch has been around pirates since his youth kidnapped at the age of 5 after a raid on his home village he was slave labor on a merciless pirate crew. At the age of 10 the crew was defeated in battle by Whitebeard who's territory they had intruded on. White beard took the child from the pirates where Dutch briefly met the both Whitebeard and Ace in person. Whitebeard then let off Dutch at a town with a marine outpost in secret under a false name of Gabriel. At the age of 14 refusing each foster home the marine HQ assigned for him living off stealing he seeked to redeem himself by offering to directly serve the marines. He continued to live as an errand boy until 17 when he was enlisted. On his first patrol in the seas he ascertained 2 D-Class Pirates with his remarkable skill with guns and hand to hand combat. learned from his time with both Pirate and marine alike. This set him on the fast track, at the age of 20 he had his own East Blue HQ, 22 He was assigned to the MArine Leaders of East Blue. However at the age of 24 a renowned marine world known he attended the meeting of the World Government where he began to learn the corruption and foulness lurking inside upper command. For the next year he launched a personal campaign to become an Admiral and change the system however at this time the World Gov. was worried about this and found evidence of Dutch's time as a pirate and he was arrested and stripped of everything he had worked for. Personal connections got him out a year later, where he had decided to knock out the whole system as a whole. He stripped his false name and decided to reenter the world of Pirates under his true identity, searching for that one captain who would aid his quest. For the last year Dutch as been making a name for him self eliminating corrupt Marine HQs and Pirates he deems unworthy. Profession/Position: Sharpshooter/Brawler/Tactician Position on Crew: Whatever Quirks/Habits: Smoking, Judging, and Anti-social rudeness (probably built up from the times he had to play good-two-shoes for higher ups) Weapons/Abilities: Twin pistols and 1 Iron Knuckle Devil Fruit: DEVILS FRUITS ARE FOR IDIOTS! Weapons: Explained already * Weapon Type: Gun/ Hand Augment * Outline: He has rapid re loadable pistols prototypes mad to fire roughly once every 3 seconds (has any where from 12 to 24 bullets per fight) * Weakness: While strong to up-front fights which makes him good against close-range Devil Fruit users and swordplay odd tactical styles such as kicking, long-range combat or Devil Fruits seem to work fairly well. Overall Fighting Style: *Outline: Begins by fast strafing usually to obverse opponent finding weak points for gun play then goes in for fast melee combos and fast K.O.s *Weakness: Long fights tend to wear on such a brash up front style so does odd combat play and long-range. ...damn, I need a drink *drinks milk* NO! He calls the blights of the world ‘diseases’ that he simply has no choice but to ‘cure’ by his own hands. Until someone is in danger or the air is charged with excitement, Isha will keep his hands in his pockets and depressing drag himself about. While in his solemn state, he will murmur about suicide, the emptiness of the world, and the pointlessness of his goals. When someone in danger that is brought to his attention, Isha will perk up with energy and forego others to focus on that situation. While energetic with passion, he will actually make his most level-headed decisions. Knowing the value of teamwork and friendship (and just being paranoid), Isha will go out his way to protect anyone close to him. Appearance: Isha stands at six feet tall and possesses a lean yet muscular build. His skin is pale in color, to the point of albinism, while his hair is black in color. His eyes, though concealed, are brown and baggy, giving Isha a never-ending look of exhaustion. To match his Devil Fruit and ideals, Isha wears the outfit of an average doctor. Isha must be in physical contact with an inorganic material, which will be to decay and dissolve into thin air.[/list][spoiler=Future Powers][list][*]Kyua Seiki (Cure Vigor): When touching a person, Isha temporarily cures them of their ability to move, rendering them immobile. [*]Kyua Sanen (Cure Three Wise Monkeys): Isha will temporarily cure an enemy of their ability to see, hear, or speak. [*]Kyua Inou (Cure Superpower): Another deadly ability, Isha must retain contact with his foe for at least 10 seconds. If successful, Isha will temporarily cure them of their superhuman ability, leaving them to fight with only their physical strengths.[/list][/spoiler] * Weakness: Much like a doctor in the real world, the Kyuu Kyuu no Mi will not function unless someone in the immediate area is injured. The more injury Isha has, the more power he can draw from his Fruit. Unfortunately, if he chooses to heal himself, his powers will weaken. For his cure based powers, Isha must maintain physical contact with the material or person. It takes a moment to come into effect, so a swift escape or attack is possible in that time. [b]Weapons: [/b] * Weapon Type: A giant hypodermic needle. No literally, it is a scale-up needle the size of a person. Also, many scalpels within his coat that are used mainly as throwing knifes. * Outline: His main weapon of choice when his powers dwindle, Isha’s needle is actually held by the syringe and used as a bludgeoning device. Sometimes it will store sea-water on the off-chance of fighting another Devil Fruit user for a quick off-guard opportunity. * Weakness: Being so large and held incorrectly, Isha will often drop his needle before performing any sort of beneficial action with it. [b]Overall Fighting Style:[/b] *Outline: Isha’s powers are focus on short- to mid-range combat. Up close, his natural fighting prowess and unique powers let him get the upper hand. Isha possesses superhuman strength, but lacks superhuman speed. He makes up for this by being quick to dodge and recover from attacks. His main strength lies in his endurance, being able to take a large amount of damage before being hindered, out of necessity for his Devil Fruit’s drawback. Isha will try to outlast and/or incapacitate an enemy before going in to attack them. *Weakness: As stated above, he does not fare well in ranged combat. Should his opponent be out of reach of his Kyuu Kyuu no Gips attack, he must try to find cover or rush in closer. If his enemy is speedy or reflexive, Isha will have a hard time trying to pin them. Things to Note: * Your character's goals are clear * His personality is very unique * The Devil Fruit is....different in both a good and bad way * I could definalty see this guy as a One Piece Character So Accepted, but whether or not as Captain still has to be decided. Or using it alter his arm into a blade or other weapon. Maybe using it infuse ones self into another for control or spying. You can total control of organic matter.
