Impossible Result

Following up on A.B.A's rant on the moderators of this section, I decided to rant at the people in it. Just because a card destroys your [i]Precious Blue Eyes white dragon[/i] for little to no cost, doesn't make a card "Broken" Please, learn to play.

Alright Alright...you stopped the Summoning now..

Usefull effect..but nothing special to get a good rating
But: Good Pic, Nicely Balanced - OCG could be better (nothing really wrong..but why not writing "Spell, Trap or Monster Card" for example)

i'd say this is sth. like a 6.5/10

What's wrong with Jazin Kay?

Anyways, the card is pretty good. Half your lifepoints seems like a lot, but it is somewhat worth it to stop any kind of summon. Maybe it would be more worth it if it was continuous though, since it can only be used once per turn.

Solemn Warning, a cantrip, different cost.

I'd have to think about it. Halving your LP is fair (a big lead means a big loss, while a losing player pays little). Why did they Semi-Limit Solemn Warning? Was it undercosted? Does this fix that?

After you've used two Warnings and Judgment ( 2000 LP left), or Judgment and one Warning (2000), or Warning, Judgment, and Warning (1000), or taken significant Battle Damage, this would outclass a third Warning. I'm going to say "No" to this. This card is not undercosted, but you could always use 3 of these (4000 > 2000 > 1000), even if you take Battle Damage, and you can't always use Warning after you draw it. If this card [i]only[/i] did what Warning does, the two cards would be even. The draw breaks it.

So I believe.
