A concept is the reason why the focal is there? Are you f***ing serious? No no, do you even know why we develop concepts before starting an artwork? Actually there is flow in this artwork. Its just not smooth. There is lighting. An artwork without lighting is basically a black background. You can get depth without bkuring. You can simply use adjustment layers and lighting enhancements. I really like it that you are trying to help but... Start reading articles, tutorial and ask around for graphic knowledge... Don't just pull bullshit and throw it on the internet.
