"Uch, god, why does the stupid one have to follow me?" Lezal muttered as he watched his Ghemorian Hound fighting off the wacko's monsters. The beast was being pushed back. "1800 ATK doesn't work against a group of machines, my beast. Halt for now". Lezal then turned to Mr. Sergeant Wacko over there who had pinned him to the ground. As uncomfortable as he was, Lezal just played along with it. "What the hell, man! you just tackle me for no good reason! Your brother's probably dead, since this place is full of monsters and people you can't trust. My friend betrayed me just now and almost tried to kill me, then fled to a group of duelists who bought his lies. Anyways, even if your brother is alive, I don't know where he is. Now can Mr. Crazy get off of me?" Somehow, Lezal shot straight out of the guy's grasp and flipped to land on his feet. His Ghemorian Hound jumped up and made it to where Lezal was. This guy better not follow me. I'd kill him, but...wait! What if he joined me?

Ruga draws and snickers. "I summon a third Solar Flame Dragon!" A third Solar Flare appears and roars. "Now, I shall use my new Ssolar Flare in a suicide! "You attack my monster hoping for suicide, but I do not want my monster to die...along with yours. I activate Sakuretsu Armor to stop the attack and destroy your monster!" Lian flipped the card face-up and it instantly placed itself onto Wildheart. He inspeced the armor placed onto him and nodded at Lian. "Now when your monster finishes his attack, he;ll be sent to oblivion while my precious E-Hero Wildheart will remain unharmed". Lian grinned. The duel was just getting started but he already felt giddy inside. He anticipated the moment when Ruga's turn would end and he'd get to unleash his fury upon him.

Lian watched as the Solar Flares hit him with a fiery blaze. Lian screamed out in pain but didn't fall. He simply stood there wide-eyed. Lian shook his head and drew a card. "I activate Giant Trunade! This returns all spell cards and trap cards to our hand". Lian's Giant Trunade appeared. Lian knelkt down pushing against the floor, trying to grip it as his card started to work it's magic. In the eye of the storm a maniacal face laughed as strong winds reached for the spell and trap cards. "Prepare for an interesting duel, Ruga. It'll be one you never forget".

Joel saw the look on Lezal's face, and laughed. "Listen, I'll join you if you reunite me with my brother. But first, how about a duel to show you my true potential?". He turned on his duel disk, as the zeros turned into 8000 Life Points, while he set down his deck inside the holder. He drew 5 cards. "I will go first. I place 1 card face down, and summon the monster Cyber Soldier in Attack Position, and end my turn." Harlen better be close, because I need to find him soon, or else he might be gutted, or eaten, or killed, or even, if the day gets more horrible than possibly imaginable, get kidnapped for some ridiculously high and pricey ransom. But I just need to show this guy right now how powerful my deck is, and who I am.

(Oh god! 2 duels!)

"You just love to jump right into the duel, don't you. Very well. Let's hope none of us die". Lezal let the guy ponder over what that meant while he activated his duel duel disk and drew 5 cards from his deck. Then, he drew another. "Alright. My move. I summon Dragon Zombie in attack mode and equip him with Violet Crystal." The undead monster appeared and Violet Crystal latched itself to Dragon Zombie's head, raising his ATK from 1600 to 1900. "I'll place 2 face-downs and attack!" Dragon Zombie crawled towards Cannon Soldier, preparing to strike the machine down.

"I activate the card Immediate Gear Switch! My Cyber Soldier is switched into Defense Position, but on my next turn, it cannot switch positions." Cyber Soldier's Head and arms hid inside it's large circular body, as the blast of flames hit it's body, doing nothing. "You really thought that would work? Ha! I'd like to see more out of your deck." He laughed and looked at his hand again. Good, good, and even better. The other two servants of the Machine King and a Spell to protect him. If he tries power his monsters up again, or gets stronger monsters, I'm going to have to use my specialty card earlier than I expected at all, then wipe this duel up with my most powerful Monster Card, the one my deck was dedicated to summoning: The Machine Emperor!

The opponent had activated Immdeiate Gear Switch, changing his monster to Defense Position, but either way, Cyber Soldier was a goner. Dragon Zombie released a toxic breath of fire at Cyber Soldier. He exploded and disappeared."Very well then. No damage, but you don't have a monster on your side of the field. I guess I end my turn". Lezal was satisfied with the first move. His monster was gone, and his life points would be next unless he was as good as he said he was. Lezal stood there patiently, waiting for his opponent to make his next move.

Joel was nervous for a couple of seconds. This guy's going to kill me completely if I don't get a card out soon. i "Okay then. I set one face down, and summon Robotic Knight, and activate Sword and Shield from my hand, and attack your Dragon Zombie, which destroys it and decreases your Life Points by 1500 points." The knight like machine fired a proton blast, and cut the Dragon Zombie into chunks. "I draw, place two face downs, and end my turn." He laughed as he held, again, some vital cards to summon his Machine Emperor. Machine Queen, Machine King, Crown of the Machine Kingdom. All of them bundled together, and coming up, to completely break this duelist's strategy, will, and his state of confident mind. And nothing that he has can stop me yet.

Ruga ponders why Lian would use a Trunade if Ruga had no cards in his back row except for his Simochi. He only shrugs as the Trunade came down and shot Flint and Lian's face-downs back in Lian's hand and Simochi back in Ruga's. What are you planning, Lian? We'll see! He chuckles and snickers as he waits for Lian's next move. He'll probably use a heal card and re-use Flint. Dragon Zombie and Violet Crystal were sent to the graveyard and 1500 life points were deducted from Lezal's life points. He just smiled. "I didn't place cards on the field just for show. Behold, The Grave Of Enkindling!" Lezal revealed one of his face-down cards in his Spell & Trap Card Zone. The card released 2 ghostly tentacles that reached into both players' graveyards. Lezal's hand came back with the Dragon Zombie while the other guy's hand came with Cyber Soldier. They were both placed onto the field in defense position. "The Grave Of Enkindling only activates when a monster of mine is destroyed in battle. Both players play a monster in their graveyard in defense position. Cyber Soldier’s the only one in your grave, so it is automatically summoned, as is my Dragon Zombie". The guy then ended his move and Lezal drew a card. "Oh, you are going to regret the day you met me! I set a monster face-down and place a face-down in my S&T card zone. That ends my turn!"

"Well I guess there is no food here." Age mumbled to himself. "Better get back to the group, I don't want to get ambushed by monsters." Age started walking back to the group and when he got there, the duel was still going on. "Well guys, I have good news and bad news. Good, I saw no monsters while I searched for food. Bad, I didn't find any food." Age then leaned on a rock and started to look at his deck waiting for the group to make the next move.

Xellith heard Age's voice from nearby. He must be close to where he entered, then. Alien Overlord, Alien Warriors, follow. As he walked toward the perpetual twilight that seemed to permeate all of this strange dimension, he saw his comrades apparently unharmed, as well as his ship. And two of his allies were... dueling? Probably not a good idea, he thought. It might attract more monsters. But whatever. If our luck holds, we are probably minutes from a major undead assault. Possibly, I could prepare us? Xellith walked out onto the ledge where the duel was taking place, and shouted to the rest I have explored the cavern, and I encountered no foes. As a precaution, however, we should Summon a few of our creatures to defend us. Who will follow me?

As Joel drew another card, he felt as if his plan was seconds closer, that he was nearing the ultimatum of his deck. "I tribute my Cyber Soldier to summon my Machine King!". Joel had a wicked grin as Cyber Soldier was hit by lightning, and seconds after, Machine King arose from the dust. "And because of his effect, he gains 100 Attack Points. And I use that to attack that face down monster of yours!" As Machine King whirred to life, he fired several rockets at the face down monster, and watched as it blew to bits. "Next, I'll activate my face down Clockwork Night! Now your monsters are treated as Machine Types, and lose 500 attack points! Then, my Machine Type monsters gain 500 attack points! And now, Robotic Knight! Attack Dragon Zombie!".

"Now, I activate Dian Keto The Cure Master, which increases my life points by 1000." Lian felt his body regenerate from the previous blows he had been dealt. 6250 wasn't that high, but it was better than what he had before. Lian briefly wondered why Ruga looked like he had predicted his move, but pushed the thought frmo his mind. Less random thoughts, more duel. Lian then placed Flint onto the field "Now I reactivate Flint and equip it to one of your Solar Flare Dragons." The equip spell reappeared and latched itself again to Solar Flare Dragon. To continue his move, Lian then placed a monster in Defense Position onto the field. "I end my turn."

Ruga draws and rubs his head. "I'll set this Monster between my Dragons and place Simochi back on the field face-down." A card appears between his Solar Flare Dragons and a face-down card which was obviously Simochi appeared behind the face-down. "I'll end. Let's see what you have in store." He chuckles and checks his LP and didn't seem as surprised as someone would be when someone saw they have yet to lose even 1 Life Point. Zanza yawned loudly. This duel was boring! He looked around. That kid, Age, was watching the duel intently. It would probably kill some time to duel him. It also looked like everyone was blowing off what creepy alien guy whose name he didn't bother to remember was shouting. Something about precautions in case of attack. Whatever. As if they would attack them. "Stuff it, already!" he shouted to alien guy as he walked over to Age. "This is boring. Wanna duel?"

Age looked up to Zanza as he put his deck back into his duel disk. "I guess I duel to kill the time." Age said to Zanza. He then looked at Xellith. "Don't worry, I didn't see any monsters while looking for food, so I think we're safe for now. As for you Zanza, since I'm a nice guy I'll let you go first." Age then drew his five cards so duel had now officially started. "I know you've seen some of my monsters, and yes they are weak, but don't underestimate them." Age then stood prepared ready to duel.

Zanza sneered. "Heh, alright then." He drew a card. "I first summon Skeletal Swordsman. I then activate his effect. When Skeletal Swordsman is summoned to the field, I can Special Summon one Skeletal Grunt!" He took a card from his deck and summoned it."I then equip Skeletal Swordsman with Bloody Blade, which raises it's attack by 1000. Now, I'll activate Swarm. This lets me Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower zombie monster, so I choose Skeleton Warrior. Now, I'll end by setting down 1 spell/trap card." He sneered. "Your move."

What the heck, all that in one turn, this guy is strong. Age thought to himself. "Dude you do realize that this is a friendly duel" Age told Zanza. "But whatever I guess. I'll start by activating the spell card Nest of the Weak. Once per turn I can Special Summon one level 3 or lower monster from my hand. So I Special Summon Pint-Sized: Espíritu de Lucha. But there is a draw back to the spell. I take 400 damage times its level. Since I took damage I can now Special Summon Pint-Sized: Lesión from my hand. Zanza thought for a moment. Circle Of Protection could cause him a lot of trouble. Magia's effect, though... It would be perfect for priming up a Synchro Summon. Which to choose, which to choose..." He thought back to a conversation he once had with his now-lost relative, Ghost "Bonz" Kotsuzuka...

..."Sure you wanna go to the Battle City? I mean, with Yugi, Kaiba, and the Ghouls running around?" Bonz sneered."Whatever. I'm gonna make them pay. Especially that Joey Wheeler!" Zanza sighed. "Fine. Just go already. But be careful..."

He later learned that Bonz was sent to the Shadows by a man named Bakura. A sudden rage flared up inside him. He imagined Age as Bakura. His eyes narrowed. "I choose Magia. Don't care which one. Surprise me. I end my turn."

OOC: Are you done with your turn, if you are so I can do my turn in this post.

"I told you to choose wisely" Age told Zanza. "It seems that you weren't wise in your decision." Dam what am I going to do, I really needed that Circle of Protection. he thought to himself. Well I at least I hope my bluff will mess with him. Age then added one of the Magia to his hand. He then put the rest into his deck which he then shuffled. "Now just finish your move, so I can beat this next turn." Age said still trying to keep up his bluff. I can still do this, all I need is to get the right card, but if he gets something during his next turn it may be over for me. He kept thinking to himself.

"Well its my move" Age said as he drew his card. He put a smile on his face trying to keep up the illusion that he got what he wanted." Dam, this isn't the card, but it will help me survive this next turn. Age thought to himself. "Well I will play a face-down and that will end my turn." Once again he had the smile on his face.
