It seemed like forever before her phone vibrated and she quickly opened the text. She could hear her heart pounding in her ears as she read the last few lines int he text. He wanted her to 'set him straight?' How was she supposed to do that when she herself wasn't set straight. Cheri hadn't felt this way before, but then again, before he didn't seemed to show any interest in a girl. And as far as she knew no girl had tried to come on too him. [color="#000080"]"Am I.....Am I seriously jealous?..."[/color] She whispered to herself while staring at her phone. Slowly she texted back, [i]'What do you want me to say?...You're not the only one whos been...Thinking about things...'[/i] Haruni smiled lightly on her side of the phone, [color="#000080"]"I'm glad that, you take the feelings of others into consideration. It's sweet, and very.....Cute. So about hat movie...We could go tomorrow. After the Drama department auditions. That is, if you don't mind."[/color] She said now tapping a light beat on the wall she was leaning against. She couldn't believe this was actually happening...Again! Haruni was glad that her first experience at something like this was with Lukas. He was sweet, nice and paitent. It's what she needed to get through all of her nerves. Cheri, do you want to get back together'[/color] And when he pushed send he just layed on his bed, window open and the breeze gently flowing. Carolyn asked, "I was going to ask about that g-" Jake started to say before Carolyn started to run away giggling, "Maybe another time!" She called back, then began walking, singing the opening to Dragon Ball "You can climb on board, 'cus the Nimbus doesn't wait, a fantastic journey for your dreams, a thrilling mysery~~~! "It's obvious that Dragon Ball Z was so much better.." he though to himself. "Hey, Jake. Where do you think she's headed off to?" he asked. He didn't have a particular interest but he kinda liked Carolyn, just not in a strong, "Would my mother approve" kind of way. Of all the peopl to meet at this school, he ended up with the colorful twins and that other girl. Caz had already forgotten her name, as if she never existed. Or was this some trick he was playing....But....George isn't one to play tricks on other people, especially ones that could be so cruel as this one. She hesitated many times during her text message, wanting to make sure that everything was perfect. That she had said everything that she had wanted to say. It was probably at least 30 minutes before she had finally pressed the send button on her phone. [i]'Alright George, I'm going to be completely honest with you. Ever since we decided to break up I have been having some second thoughts. I did think about you but I always figured that they would pass. I guess I kind of just lived with it but...After you told me that you decided to date again I...I couldn't help but get jealous, and all those feelings I thought were gone came back. I guess what im tryign to say is that I miss you, and if....If you want to try again I'd be more than willing. I wasn't lying when I said I'd always love you George.[/i]. You know what., I'll come, and watch, and then afterwards, I'll go and see that movie with you. How does that sound?" Lukas also was happy. He didn't expect realationships to be all so easy. I mean, serioouslly. From all the soap operas and all that shiz, it seemed like having a relationship was harder than it really is. The only problem though, did other people have feelings for Haruni? It was just chilled to the right degree. He opened it up and drank the cool water. *gulp gulp gulp* He also wished it would not only was off his throat, but also his guilt he felt. As he put the bottle down and wiped his wet lips he thought out loud [color="#2F4F4F"]'Man, I'm in a terrible predicament.'[/color] He walkd out the kitchen, bottle in hand and sat on the sofa. He turned on the news...'Temperatures of scale...heatwave...get down to the beach...' A weather reporter could be heard as he put on the local news. George, however, wasn't interested in the news, but rather he stared at the phone, bitting his lip as he waited for Cheri's response. At this time he began thinking. [color="#2F4F4F"]'Lets see. What could happen. So, I asked her if she felt the same way I do. So, if she says no then I'll be able to go ou with Carolyn. However, I couldn't honestly advance the relationship because of how I feel. Then as a side effect, me and Cheri couldn't just go back to being friends. It'd be too weird and eventually we'd part ways. I don't want to lose a best friend as a result of all this.'[/color] Then he cushioned his face on a pillow as he watched the TV blankly. He then thought of the alternative possibility. [color="#2F4F4F"]'Or, she'll say she does feel the same way. We'd probably talk it out and get back together, but what does that mean I do to Carolyn? I couldn't break up with her, she'd be devastated. I mean, I saw her look when I told her we'd go out. She was over the moon. Urgh!'[/color] He buried his head into the pillow, yelling [color="#2F4F4F"]'Why is High School so Hard!!!'[/color] Eventually, he got his answer. George read it out carefully. [color="#2F4F4F"]'Always loved me.'[/color] George was content he wouldn't be losing their friendship. He was happy that they'd be getting bac together. But he felt so guilty about Carolyn. And when I asked you as my date to the party, even though I said as friends I actually wanted to re-spark what we had. Cheesy, huh? But, what do I do about Carolyn? Hopefully this time things wont get out of hand, and Lukas wont run off again. [color="#483D8B"]"Oh one more thing....Are we like...Boyfriend and girlfriend now? I-i just wanna k-know where we stand..."[/color] She trailed off at the end her nerves taking away from her voice. Cheri had finally left the locker room and was in search of Haruni so they could head on home. Haruni was always stuck at the school with her since she didn't have a car or an actual lisence yet. Cheri had no doubt she would be in either the auditorium or the Choir room. On her way to the latter, her phone vibrated again. '[i]'He wanted to re-spark what we had?'[/i]. Cheri almost laughed at how unbelievebly cheesy that sounded. Though the smile was gone when he asked what he should do about Carolyn. Cheri thought about her answer before texting back. [i]'Just tell her the truth. I mean, you guys didn't really go on the date yet, and she couldn't possibly have created such a strong bond with you in only, what? 10-20 minutes tops. But tell her to her face though. Oh god, I feel awful...'[/color] Then he decided to come out and say it as gentle as possible. [color="#2F4F4F"]'I can't play you along as my backup date when I have feelings for someone else; it is cruel and unfair and I'd hate to toy with someone's emotions. Grunt Issun Posted July 17, 2011 Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 Carolyn started to frown a little, but realized how hard this was on George as well, and she didn't want to make him feel about it, so she just smiled like this hadn't phased her at all, "Kay" she said, she stood up, and jumped off the lockers, "So long as you're happy, I certainly wouldn't want to make anyone feel bad" she said happilly, "As for going to Blue Moon as friends, I might be able to, if I don't get another date by then" she said with a wink, trying to make herself seem like she would rebound easisly, so that he didn't feel bad about canceling there date. How about Suzuka?] Chihiro woke up from her nap and decides to go downstairs to the bakery to help her mom. On her way down, Chihiro hears what sounds like a customer asking for her. Hmmm, who would be looking for me, Chihiro wonders as she walks down the stairs. At the counter, Chihiro see's a familiar looking guy in the counter. "[color="#00FF00"]Oh, hi there. Do I know you?[/color]" Suzuka then answers "[color="#00FF00"]You should, he is asking for you[/color]." then walks to the back to tend to the breads in the oven. "[color="#00FF00"]Here[/color]," Chihiro says as she hands Josh a freshly baked cookie. Oh no, I'm fine" she said quite convincingly with a smile on her face, "I was just wondering what to watch once I'm done with YuYu Hakasho... You've probably never heard of that, have you?" she asked him, half trying to change the subject, and half litterally annoyed that she might be the only one in this school who ever actually watched anime, "Anyway, other then that I'm fine" she told him, putting her eyepod back into her pocket, just now realizing it was still dangling around her neck. "Well, I'm glad to hear it." He said smiling. "As for Yu Yu Hakasho, I think I remember seeing a little of a show like that when I was a little kid. It is about the dead guy with super powers, isn't it?" he asked. He figured that that just made him sound a little ignorant to anime, but he had hoped that it would bother Carolyn. He didn't really want to say too much about it because he figured that it might be a little weird that he has never seen Pokemon or Yu Yu Hakasho but he has seen Dragon Ball Z and Lucky Star. "Anyway, as for why I came looking for you is because..." Caz couldn't really think of an excuse. Carolyn questioned with a giggle, "Yeah, my brother is quite the bore, never has quite that much to talk about, I find myself having ALOT more to talk about, of course not many girls watch much anime, so I'm usually at a loss there" she said with a smile, then looked up at the sky for a second, as if remembering somthing, "Yeah, whenever I'm with some of my female friends I have to find somthing else to talk about, of course that's still easy, because my life is pretty interesting if you ask me" she told Caz, then looked back down at him, and just realized how good he actually looked, and almost recoiled in suprise. "Thanks George..." Ludwig was then dropped off home by George where he continued to go inside and make some food for himself. His mother would be out late again tonight so he thought he should also clean up around the house. "George... I know I can trust you and Alix... I just hope on one else finds out..."
