The 1st pic's render has been used millions of times by almost every CIM (Costum Image Maker) I know, and you still made something outstanding out of it. The other 2 are greats aswell. Carry on. The bottom half of the background of the 2nd img (I think it's a digimon?) is quite blurry/pixelated. You should so something about that.
